I called them to see if i can get my ebike service but was denied just because i didn't buy my ebike from them!!!I was hoping they would actually help just because can't find any ebike service around guelph. I am willing to pay for a service but i guess they don't want to entertain me because i didn't buy from them. It's like going to a dealership service and ask for help but turned around and said, sorry can't help you because you didn't buy a product from us. Just a shame that they wouldn't help!!!

Not only do these guys stock a pretty good selection of e-bikes but they are also very knowledgeable about e-scooters and will service them. I went to them after failing to find any accessories for my Mi e-scooter from a number of other local bike shops and they got me all that I needed. A few weeks down the line, I blew a flat on my rear tire and they hooked me up with a solid tire very quickly. They are very nice, will answer all your questions and, if they don't know what to do to help you, they know who you can go to for help.

I called and they were very helpful when I needed my 60 volt jet e- bike trouble shot for a problem. I was only there for approximately 20 minutes and he diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later I was back to the shop and loaded it up and on my way home with it the same day. This saved me another trip down to Waterloo . Very great service and I recommend this bike shop.

Great!! I bought my first e-bike and got a flat tire almost immediately… thought it would be an easy fix but because of where the motor is I had to bring it somewhere to get fixed. Took it here, never heard of it.. price was very reasonable and the guy was super friendly. And he finished it faster than I was quoted!! I will definitely be back for anything else I need.

Great service, knowledgeable and honest folks! I had a pin hole leak in my rear drive tire and they replaced the tube AND found the hair width metal shard in the tire that caused my issues. At the peak of bike season, it was a quick turn around. I will be back for ALL my ebike concerns

Purchased a Velec bike today. Adrian and Mitchell are great to deal with. They told us everything we ne needed to know. Patient with my questions and not in a rush to pressure sell me anything. I stopped in 2 times and 3rd time bought the bike.I look forward to doing more business here. 10 star service here. Thanks guys have a good weekend.

I would recommend Cycle Electric to anyone with an electric scooter who needs repairs or service. Not only were they INCREDIBLY friendly, but they managed to finally get my rear tire installed on the hub of my Ninebot Max G30 after 5 other businesses tried and failed. I now feel foolish for going anywhere else, and Cycle Electric will be my first stop for anything with my scooter moving forward.

My experience at Cycle Electric was extremely positive. I had a tricky repair and they fixed it up within 1 week when other places told me to kick rocks. Next time I need to buy another ebike or get mine serviced I will 100% come back.

this shop is a family-owned business. everyone is extremely knowledgeable super friendly. I bug the heck out of them with tons of questions and they're always able to answer them. I came in 2 years after I bought my bike they still remember my name. Buy local these guys are great.

(REVIEWER EDIT) [Cycle Electric contacted me and offered a new throttle assembly, pick up, installation, and delivery waived. I raised their rating from 1 to 4. This issue has been resolved] Not a very good experience for me. I had work to be done on 2 ebikes, they picked them up separately within a few weeks apart. I had to call a few times to ask what was taking so long for them to start the work. Was told they had to inspect the bike first and will not start any work until the customer is told what needs to be done so “There is no surprise costs” according to them. Which is a charge of $150 on the bill under Tuneup/Inspection plus parts and labour. When I got my bike back 2 weeks later they replaced my throttle grip from another bike that didn’t match the left grip which was not on the bill, I was not told that they will be changing it because it didn’t need to be replaced. I called and asked why it was replaced and they told me the throttle was intermittent which has nothing to do with the grip but the throttle assembly itself that they didn’t replace and said they did it out of the goodness of their heart. I asked for them to put my original grip on they said they can’t so I asked them to replace it and they said it would cost me $125 plus labour for the part. They never stated a replacement grip on the bill which leads me to believe someone there dropped my bike, broke the grip and replaced it with what they had laying around the shop and a zip tie. If Cycle Electric reads this review they will know who I am and I am giving Mitch and Adrian the opportunity to call me so we can rectify this issue. All together I paid over $1000 for the 2 bikes for repair and I didn’t get my bike back the same way as when it was picked up. Very disappointed.
