I met Chris Maynard by total fluke. I wanted to view a townhouse property in Oakville (during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic) and he just so happened to be the agent who was assigned to show me the property. Chris was very honest, kind, knowledgeable and never pressured me into buying anything. He wasn't pushy and he was always very honest with me throughout the entire experience. Chris is very professional with a great sense of humor (which made my experience that much more enjoyable). As a first time home buyer, I was a bit nervous, but Chris made it super easy for me. He helped me find something that was within my budget, relatively close to the GTA and a townhome that was turnkey, which was key (no pun intended) for me. He was able to help negotiate on the price of the home and helped me seal the deal on it very quickly. This man is a legend. He stuck with my wife and I for 3 years until we found a home. Anyone else would have walked out on us for sure. My wife and I were only available on weekends and Chris made sure to accommodate every request as best he could to show us the house that we wanted to see, and made it his first priority. He has an incredible wealth of experience in real estate, business and especially in dealing with people.It's a very frustrating process when you're getting outbid on a home repeatedly but Chris always promised us that he would get us into a home even with the tight budget we were working with. Chris was amazing to work with.
