I ordered a laptop, and called the next day to pick it up as I had received confirmation but no pick-up email. Store staff told me to come in an hour. When I got there, they said that they canceled my order and that they had emailed me. They did not email me. They were rude and dismissive to my wife. Taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. When we asked to purchase a computer (after browsing by ourselves for 30 minutes and not being greeted or offered any help at all) the employee said that she guesses so but she’d need to get someone else. When that person wasn’t available she couldn’t answer one question and when we asked about the one we wanted she literally read the box (which we could have done and these numbers meant nothing to us.) she told us the SSD was faster but based that upon the fact that it was more expensive. Just terrible service and people who don’t care about the job.

Very poor service!!!Went to the store to buy a new office chair, looked around for about 15 minutes and found one I wanted. Even though the store was empty (I was the only customer on the floor), no one came to get the sale so I walked out. As I was walking out the sales rep made eye contact but still didn't ask if they could help me.

Shameful, lazy attitude. I know that you close at 5pm, Jonathan. Is that why you're hiding in the back at 4:45pm? You don't take a FedEx package and throw it on the counter, with the shipping label thrown on the counter next to it, and inform the customer that someone will get to it tomorrow." Give me back my package. You are incredibly lazy. Makes me wonder how many packages you've lost."

Oftentimes, over many years, I have received downright false advices. They also try to upsell quite agressively at times. Their price are not too extravagant but they are definitaly higher than if you order on the internet even for items in sale.

Fabulous service this evening! They helped search for a proper USB for my phone as well as a few other things. But most of all, their washrooms were open to the public UNLIKE STAPLES IN FREDERICTON!!!
