Extremely unprofessional, strings along apartment candidates to make them think they have an apartment, and never contacts them to let them know. They say they will contact you, and never do. They also never answer their phone. Also rude and condescending on the phone. Never engage with these people.

The superintendent on site was nice and helpful. However the management is not great. I moved out and they charged me $200 to clean an already cleaned apartment and refused to discuss the issue with me. Ignoring my calls hanging up on me. Completely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Apartments are also super dated and mine smelt and I couldn’t get the smell out in the 8 months I lived there. If you’re looking to rent I suggesting finding a more reputable company than this one.
