We’ve been Buzz Boss subscribers since Day 1. Always prompt and courteous service. Tervin personally always goes above and beyond for not only myself but my parents as well. He’s a great guy and Buzz Boss is lucky to have him. We live on the edge of the city and always have tons of mice. Having buzz boss set up traps really keeps the rodents at bay. Highly recommend.

I recently had BuzzBoss “complete” BuzzShield Special Event service prior to my wedding this past weekend. I sent a very detailed map to BuzzBoss of the event site well in advance that highlighted areas to be prioritized, the top priority being a treed area where our wedding ceremony was to take place. We were told that the technicians would be out on Friday afternoon when we would all be on-site and could help direct them to ensure all areas that needed to be sprayed, got sprayed. The technicians showed up at 5 am on Friday morning to do the application when no one was around. The wedding venue is a private residence, and the homeowner was not notified ahead of time and had no idea they were even on-site, other than the sign they left on the front lawn. No one witnessed the application. The treed area for the wedding ceremony was not sprayed. I called BuzzBoss in the afternoon when I arrived on-site to tell them to come back out, and they refused, claiming they couldn’t get anyone else out by the end of the day, and that they don’t send technicians out on Saturday. Subsequent calls that day were not returned. We were forced to change our ceremony location at the last minute, changing our entire wedding and ceremony plan, logistics for the day of the wedding, and our overall vision for how the day was supposed to go that had been planned for 3 years due to the pandemic. This created a lot of additional, unwanted, last-minute stress for us during an already stressful time. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and complete indifference towards making this right and ensuring customer satisfaction. I would not recommend their services for big events unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

Jane was very professional. Asked about any concerns. Explained what the process was. Found ant hills & applied the treatment. Service well done.

I subscribed to their buzzshield service on May 11, 2023, now its May 25, 2023 and I still haven't received any correspondence to advise me when they are coming to treat my yard. I reached out to them last week on May 19, 2023, using the online service, the representative advised my yard would be completed within 3-5 business days. - During the 15 minute wait time for being 1st in que I started this review, I finally was patched through to a representative on the phone which couldn't provide a date that my yard would even possibly be treated. Only that treatments were booked a day in advance. So I'm left wondering if/when my yard will ever be treated. After paying $378.00 wondering why a service which should make life easier is not happening. "Guaranteed results all season makes me wonder - is May not included in the season as it will be June before I see anyone....."

Tervin was very professional, i called him several times to understand what type of service he can provide for a wedding ceremony for my daughter and i was quite worried that the mosquitoes service might not work because we had only a few days left but we had no complaints from guests and we enjoyed a beautiful ceremony without having to worry about mosquitoes. I will for sure recommend this company.

Buzz Boss has been the best service we have hired for our yard. We live at the beach and I no longer spend my mornings getting rid of spider webs and we now enjoy our evenings on the deck with no mosquitoes. Tervin is great to deal with and always on time. If you have any insect issues hire them today!

Trayton sprayed for us yesterday. Very professional and easy to deal with. They do a great job and we have had a huge reduction in pests of all kind since they started spraying. Tervin is also very good to deal with. Thank you Buzz Boss!
