Sunrise Trailer Sales

We recently purchased a trailer from Sunrise Trailers in Aldergrove. Normally we would not deal with this company as reviews online are not very positive and found them not overly friendly on the phone in previous years.We stopped there one day to look at trailers and met Jessica and the owner. Shortly thereafter, we dealt directly with Jessica and ended up ordering a trailer through her. Jessica was such a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us throughout the delivering process as our trailer was coming from back east. Jessica’s professionalism and positive outlook was so refreshing to see, especially during this tough pandemic time. Thank you Jessica! Sunrise Trailers Aldergrove is lucky to have you! One of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made. Delivery was over 4 weeks late without a single call from the owner/salesperson during the delays.I had to make multiple trips to Sunrise just to find out where the trailer I was buying was and when it would be in after multiple missed delivery dates. Countless B.S. Stories that it was shipped/was not shipped/missed the delivery truck and so on...A friend and well trained aluminum fabricator has since advised me the craftsmanship on the welding of the aluminum trailer I bought is far less than anything he would ever accept..Frankly, a piece of crap...I hope you think twice about dealing with these clowns.

I bought a 5 x 10 eagle trailer from Sunshine trailers Aldergrove, for my ATV. When I arrived I met Reg at the yard. I was impressed with the organized location and the professional manner in which I was treated. I knew nothing about trailers, especially what I really needed. Reg educated me and took the time to answer ALL my questions thoroughly. He made sure that the trailer he sold me met MY requirements. Since the sale, the team at Sunshine trailers has taken all my calls and answered many questions, even directing me to other businesses for help me for miscellaneous parts I needed. The trailer is the BEST I have seen and after giving me a choice ( from the many same ones) it has really been a great investment. I WILL GO BACK TO SUNSHINE TRAILERS FOR MY NEXT TRAILER !

Do yourself a huge favour and take your business elsewhere.After selling me a trailer that had issues, despite them telling me we don't sell anything that isn't in proper working condition"

Called in the AM to get a price on a trailer, left a message on the salesman's voice mail, NO return call. Called again at the end of the day and spoke to the salesman and requested a price on a trailer. I was advised that I would get a return call the next morning. The next day, you guessed it, NO return call from the salesman. Four days later, still no return call.I must be nice to be making so much money that you do NOT have to have any customer service. I hope your competition enjoys all the sales and subsequent service money that your company missed out on because you couldn't return a simple phone call.

It was terrible. The gentleman that was trying to help me he was rude. But there was this thing that got me really frustrated. He photo copied my credit card and when I asked him about it he said if u don’t like it then leave. However when I came to return the trailer I saw the owner and when I asked him he simply replied we don’t want your businessIt’s illegal for a business to keep records of his clients credit card information with out consent.This place is shady just like the owner and his excuses

I bought a new dump trailer here, I had a small issue with the wiring and brakes on the trailer. Brought it back for them to fix. The owner came out and was very rude and nasty. I would never shop here again! Wish I had met the owner before I bought I would have gone somewhere else. If you want good customer service and quality product dont shop here. Trailer had several issues that should have been caught before delivery.

This place does rentals as well as sales. I can only comment on the rental. They get points for staying longer to get the trailer on my truck, they lose points for causing the delay by failing to diagnose the plug issue on their trailer. The people are no-nonsense and seem to start at the position of being barely tolerant of their customers.Prepare to call 4-5 times before getting anything other than either a call tree or voicemail. (though they will call you back if you leave one)Also prepare to wait significant periods to be attended to once there.Considered giving an extra star for their awesome yard dog.

Rude, rude, rude!! If you like being talked to like a piece of trash then definitely go here, if not, take your business elsewhere! We found way better customer service at Cummins Trailers not far down Fraser Hwy.

Bought a 20 ft Wells Cargo trailer from Gord" the owner in July and still to this day do not have it. No windows put in still since July 2018 and this is March 26 2019. I have gone on numerous times and nothing other then the stuff i purchased and brought there has been done. I paid for the trailer and can not use it. Ridiculous and there is always an excuse. The awning was put on then someone drilled a hole right through it
