Awesome response by this company to an emergency garage door spring repair. The technician, Justin, showed up on time (even a ittle earlier than I expected) and with a cheerful smile went right to work to fix the spring. He was done within minutes. When the other garage door spring broke a month later, I didn't hesitate a bit and went right back to Town and Country. Justin and Devon, again, were efficient and friendly! Prices are fair, too. I'd recommend Town and Country to anyone needing garage door repair.

Our 2 car garage door failed trapping our 2 cars in the garage, I saw online that they had 'same day service'. I called and spoke to Jacob. I called about 11:30AM. He said his crew would be here in an hour or two. Less than an hour later their truck arrived with two tech's. Justin was the leader and in less than an hour they had the repair made. All the parts they needed (cables and hinges) were in stock on their truck. The bill was more than reasonable and Justin and his teammate were a pleasure to work with. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Job done right and quickly with no muss or fuss. I was very thankful that I chose Town and Country to repair my garage door. A spring broke on my garage door which meant it would not open. I called in the morning and they had someone out in a couple of hours. Devon was the repairman and I couldn't be happier! He was very professional and polite. He even said he would help move items I couldn't move myself as my garage is quite full of items. The job took less than 1/2 hour for both springs! Devon went above and beyond in assisting me with options for a new opener which is the next fix. I am so glad I used this company! I have severe trust issues and was completely satisfied with the service and pricing. Town & Country will be my go to company from now on and of course the company I recommend to family and friends.

I called on Saturday morning and Devon was at my house the same day, arriving early. Devon was great explaining everything and answering all my questions. He was quick and cleaned up everything afterwards, as well as was kind enough to inspect my other doors. All this for an excellent price. Devon came out on a weekend and identified the issue in about 10 minutes. Appointment was made within 24 hours of calling. Great service, totally professional and skilled.
