Amazing customer service from Kunika. Very knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reasonably priced plans with proper customer care.

Kunika went above and beyond and worked hard with her colleague Tash to get me sorted. They stayed 30 minutes past closing to get everything done right.The only problem was that after 3 days calls out stopped and with troubleshooting by Freedom it was proven that my iPhone 14 Pro Max was not only used but stolen.I followed the request of Freedom Mobile call centre staff to go to the Ottawa Police. Upon confirmation with the store staff that the IMEI was of a stolen phone, the police seized the phone.I went back to the store at 50 Rideau Street. They claimed it was impossible and would not refund me and didn't want me to cancel my service until their investigation was done. They refunded some of the accessories but not the screen protector on the device (with the police) and not the Air Pods because they were used. On my closer inspection of the box, the Air Pods appear to be previously owned or stolen too since the box label is smudged. I asked to escalate to a district manager at the store but Rehan was advised by Rideau Store Manager Luke Gibbons not to do so. Supposedly the Area Manager, Natasha Elsworth was only reachable by text. No effort was made to reach her or resolve the issue in any expeditious manner.I called Freedom tonight and the supervisor, Joy, said that they could not do anything but that your Backoffice would handle the matter but that I should write this email to you. I have not received even an acknowledgement from you yet. I requested that Joy escalate the matter immediately. They said that this would not happen until 12-24 hours had passed with a call back.
