Hands down the most prompt and thorough customer service at RGR. Our dispensary just opened an account there, and right from the start we have been very well taken care of. Worst customer service I have ever received. Tell you one thing then it never happens. Promised it would be shipped out Tuesday, then Wednesday, Thursday. Finally canceled order. Do not deal with totally disorganized have no idea what they are doing.
