I was told by an Ace employee that they could transport a fully built treadmill one day and asked to call at 8am the next day to arrange specifics. I called the next day and a different person said they couldn't do it. That's not a positive customer experience.

Make sure to check what the fuel surcharge is before agreeing to ship with them!! The F.S.C. (Fuel surcharge) add-on when I received my invoice was over 35%!!! That means if you get a quote for $200 shipping expect a bill for over $270 plus tax!

Ace Courier is a very reliable delivery company. We have had no issues with lost or damaged product. The staff who answer the phones are always friendly and helpful.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option.I placed an order from Wayfair and for whatever reason Purolator transferred it to these guys. It was supposed to be delivered to Quadra Island yesterday, and judging by the tracking it has been sitting in Campbell River for 4 days (not being delivered)Purolator and Wayfair wouldn’t disclose which courier had my parcel at first, and then multiple agents later Wayfair gave me the address - which is for this company. I tried calling with no luck reaching anyone. Would not recommend this company for anything.* To respond to your comment, I am very well aware that Purolator doesn’t service Quadra, and I’d say with one day a week you don’t either. The other items from this order were successfully transferred from FedEx to Canada Post to complete the delivery. I have been over to CR a few times this week and could have picked it up, had someone contacted me OR enlightened me on who exactly had the parcel. I’ve been trying for days to track down who had it, as I have been watching it sitting in CR since Feb 1st. I am not satisfied with the unprofessional way this has been handled, and lack of communication from your business. Someone should have contacted me.

They open at 8 so you can get your day started early.The manager and staff are very organized to get you your items and get you on your way.Thanks everyone.

The Delivery Man delivered my Plants from Courtenay to Alert bay, they were in the warehouse for a couple of days but he was so Kind to water them for me.Five stars only because of the Delivery man.He is the best and would welcome him anytime for a-delivery.ON the negative side the girls in the office were a bit rude when I phoned , but then I asked for her to speak a bit more pleasant and then she was nice and also watered my Plants, Thank you. Recently I dealt with Ace Courier for personal deliveries both with the Nanaimo (Karen) & Courtenay (Rianna) offices, and I am BEYOND happy with the service I received. Thank you ladies, it's appreciated and goes a long way!I have also dealt with Ace Courier in my professional experience, and they have always been great. Definitely recommend.
