Fantastic massage by Emily! Clean and calming space to relax, would absolutely come back

I was here today this morning at 10:45am with my mom for the Ultimate Facial Package (facial, foot soak, back, shoulder and hand/arm massage. Ok. We left feeling extremely frustrated. My esthetician Charlotte was perfect, she was very kind and did all the service with lots of care. However, my mom's esthetician was not. After service, my mom asked me Aren't we supposed to get arm / hand massage as well ( included in ultimate package)? She didn't even touch my finger tip and I kept my arm under blanket the whole time." So I told the reception lady and after she talked to mom's esthetician

Dominique was absolutely amazing. I had a 60 minute facial with her today and she was lovely from start to finish. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. I will most definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and spa but an underwhelming pedicure. The ‘nail lounge’ is removed from the spa and is more like a typical nail salon, not a spa-like experience, and for the price I was expecting a little more. One of our aestheticians was not friendly at all which was disappointing. You’re better off paying half the price and going to the nail salon up the road and having the same experience.

My fiancé booked me a spa day of a massage, facial and pedicure for a bday present! Lyndsey did all my services and she was wonderful! Super professional and talented. Really enjoyed my services and the nice clean spa environment really allowed me to relax. Best spa on the peninsula!

I celebrated my birthday by treating myself to a custom organic facial with Dominique at the Haven. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience and Dominique was amazing - so gentle and calming but also so thorough. My skin hasn't felt or looked this good in ages. I would highly recommend Dominique. Don't forget to treat yourself to a free steam room treatment prior to the facial. It was a great start to the treatment.

I've been in here a few times and always had great service. Sabrina is a fantastic masseuse and I can't recommend her highly enough.Their facility is nice, though not quite as well-appointed as some others. There is no pool or hot tub. That said, they have a nice steam room in their change room and a great little lounge with snacks and drinks for you to wait in and hang out after your treatment if you choose.All in all, a great spot and I will definitely be back.

I will not be using this salon again. Sadly the service received was well below what is expected of a high end salon.After washing my hair the stylist just placed a towel loosely over my head and directed me back to the chair. My hair was soaked so it dripped down all over the front of my shirt soaking it. Not a pleasant feeling.I than stated I wanted to grow out my hair so I just wanted a trim. I ended up with hair shorter than when I came in.I than had concerns over a color I received the last time I visited as it lasted through only 2 shampoos. That is alot of money to spend on such short term results.She than proceeded to make it sound like it was my fault the color did not last.I wanted some reassurance that my next color would last longer. She than went onto say well come in and we can try" again. I can't spend that kind of money again on something that may not work again.Due to not listening to what I wanted to have done with my hair to total lack of caring that my color did not last I will not be using this salon again"

This was my 1st time here had great service. Lisa my friend and also a realtor with ReMax Camosun and I had “The Works”. Massage, facial, mani, pedi. She called it a day of “Nirvana”. It was my treat to a friend for the many times of her caring for our dog.The spa facility is very pleasant, though not as full equipped as some others. For example, there is no pool or hot tub. There is a nice steam room in the change room and the lounge is calm and a nice place to relax. We loved the zero gravity chairs in the mani pedi salon. My mani & pedi have lasted a whole week too.Overall, it’s a lovely spot and I had a wonderful friend time. “The Works” is a great value package which I recommend if your looking to celebrate friendship, show gratitude to a person, or celebrate some other special event. I’ve never been a spa kind of person, but I come here monthly for a service or two and always have the most relaxing & fulfilling experience. I highly recommend Dominique, as she is hands down the best Esthetician out of the all star lineup team they have to offer!
