Very disappointed with the service, I was at home all day waiting for my package, no knock on the door at all or could just ring door the bell and I would got have came out but nothing so I end up getting a card for where to pick it up. I went right away and found out I have to come back the next business day which I understand but the thing that really got me upset was the fact that the staff was rude to me. She just want me to get out of there , I was trying to ask a question like a normal person would than she saidokay have a nice day

So, there is one young girl working in this location who does not have any sense of customer service and is rude since we started the conversation. However the other elder lady working there is very nice and gave me all the information I needed.

Very rude staff, refused to serve me because I didn’t pre-fill customs declaration form. It isn’t company policy, rather they are too lazy to do it themselves even though it is their job to do so. Reported to corporate just waiting on follow up call. Only good employee is the indian lady who always helps regardless. All other employees rude and arrogant.Edit: Canada post called me and they apologized for this locations behaviour. Advised me that they are required to assist me with customs declaration if requested and that they cannot deny me. Gave me a follow up number to call if issue arises again. Do not let these lazy employees deny you service if you do not prefill the customs declaration online! It is there job to do so and they have already been reported. If they deny you make sure to complain to corporate so even further action can be taken!

THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS - despite what their opening hours say. EVERY single Sunday that I've come here, the lights have been off and there's a sign on the door: closed today for an emergency". Really? I come here multiple times a week to drop off packages. Only on Sundays do they suddenly have "emergencies". Go to a different location."

unbelievable, the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. they couldn’t handle a simple amazon return pacakge. please train your staff better.

I might be the dumb one here but I told the Canada Post staff that I was sending my bosses daughters Nexus card to the states and need to make sure there is tracking on it. I never send things through the mail so I didn't know the different options. It's upsetting they didn't suggest getting Registered Mail or a courier knowing it is very important. Now Canada Post hasn't given me an update since April 29th when it arrived in the states.. So it has been In transit" for a month or it was stolen in Uslaxa

The lady working has major issues, she was very rude, she yelled at us for writing the wrong address format on an envelope, when she could have simply pointed it out and we would have changed it. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

There is Sikh girl with turban working inside and she don’t know how to treat the customer and her behaviour is very bad. Me and my friends wants to shipped almost 6-7 boxes and I simply told her that how much time will it take and her reply was that I don’t know with very weird tone and she was not able to listen to us. This is my first worst experience in canada.

My husband frequently takes our business packages to the ladies at this location. He usually brings around 20-40 large packages and always tells me how nice and helpful the girls are. He usually comes in during the day between 8-4pm. We want them to know what a great job their staff are doing and we appreciate them.

The customer service is really slow. While the other location of canada post office the employee is fast working, one employee can handle the long line up, but in this location, its not really that busy, but the employee works so slow. Also she doesn't how to say sorry or pls" word
