Inside the hotel was great - clean, comfy, good amenities, nice staff… however, 3 or 4 cars of our hockey team members were stolen from the parking lot. It is quite the drive from all the more exciting/interests spots in Montreal (no good restaurants or shopping nearby). I didn’t feel safe outside at night and would not stay there again. Not interested in a potentially stolen car

We were one of the flights canceled by Air Canada and it took 2 full days to get another flight. The staff, food and accommodations were amazing. We will definitely head back soon. Thank you for making us feel welcome under the circumstances. Having a young child, it made our experience less stressful.

My wife and I needed a place to stay the night before we flew out on our trip down south. We also stayed here 7 days later when we returned from our trip. The hotel is nice and clean, nothing fancy. The room was a great size and very clean. Very nice clean bathroom with a great shower and bath products. The location was about 10 or 12 minutes from the airport by shuttle. We took the shuttle the morning before we flew out and it was a good experience. We left on time and it was a comfortable trip. The big issue we had was upon our return. We had a long travel day to get back to Montreal. We were tired, hungry and just wanted to get to the hotel to relax. We went to the shuttle pick up area and called the number listed for our hotel shuttle. We were told we just missed one but another would be along in about 20 or 25 minutes. As we waited, the crowd grew with people waiting for shuttles for their respective hotels. Over the next 30 minutes, all of those people got their shuttles ans we were still waiting. The shuttle for the Double Tree showed up for its second trip and that is when we really started to get frustrated. We called back and were assured our shuttle was on the way. We waited another 15 minutes before finally just getting a taxi that cost us 24 dollars. Time and money out the window after a brutally long day. We were not happy. When this was expressed to the front desk they simply said he probably had to get gas or something. Not impressed. This is the only issue we had, but it was a big one for us.

Called to ask about the shuttle from the airport at 9:50pm. I asked when the shuttle was, he said next shuttle at 10:30pm, every 30 minutes, I asked shouldn't it be at 10 then, he said no every 30 minutes and hung up. I found the customer service very rude and I haven't even gotten there yet.Waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle that comes every 30 minutes"

his has got to be the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Our flight was delayed and Air Canada booked our stay here. The two rooms smelled horrible. One of the bathrooms had a permanent urine smell. We endured one night and rebooked for Doubletree. Wish me luck

Great place to sleep for a night.Clean beds, clean shower.The TV channels are limited.Service is good.There is a wait line for the shuttle going to the airport, and it is first come first serve.Primary reason I chose this hotel was for location and the shuttle, but at the time I went, the shuttles were all full before my flight departing Canada.Uber was easy to get from the hotel to airport.Easy hotel to get to via bus.

Hotel is okay. Our room flush was taking forever to fill up. Also the body wash container fell off the wall.The water fountain is all the way downstairs near reception...so drinking water is not easily available.The place is also not safe to park your car. One pick up truck just beside us was attempted to theft. Pictures uploaded. They cut the steering wheel to steal the car.Otherwise the rooms are good. Service can be better. We complained about the flush but no one came to fix it.

My room was huge! I normally take photos, but I was extremely tired when I got in. Beautiful place to visit at a very reasonable rate. Lots of room for conferences also. There is a restaurant inside this hotel, so if you don't want to leave to get something to eat, you have this option. I had the beef poutine while I was here. Very target, just a little bit salty for me, but good food.

I recently (May 2023) stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that there was an indoor swimming pool available for use. The staff were also quite helpful and friendly.One thing that really impressed me was how quiet it was despite being close to the airport. I didn't hear any airplane noise during my stay, which was a relief.However, there was one issue that really bothered me and ultimately ruined my impression of the hotel. I had booked two rooms for myself and my family, and I'm a gold Hilton member. When I booked the rooms, it was clearly stated that parking was free. However, when I arrived, the hotel manager informed me that this was no longer the case now that the COVID-19 situation was formally over. Despite the fact that the Hilton app still stated that parking would resume with a $20 charge, the manager insisted that I had to pay.After some back and forth, the manager agreed to let me pay for two out of three nights of parking for one vehicle, since we had all arrived together in one car. While I appreciated that he was willing to work with me, the fact that the hotel was unwilling to honor the published information in the app left a bad taste in my mouth.Overall, I would rate my experience at this hotel as a 3 out of 5. While the hotel itself was nice and the staff were helpful, the issue with the parking left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If the hotel can work to improve their communication and honor their published information, I would consider staying here again in the future.

It was really wonderful there! The nice receptionist explained everything to me in detail. Luckily the receptionist also spoke Italian and Spanish, which was particularly helpful! A very nice hotel, close to Montreal Airport!I enjoyed my trip from Germany!
