Matt is hands down the best in the business. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, experienced, meticulous, respectful, tidy, flexible, on budget, on time, creative, hardworking, positive, an incredible problem solver, generous with his time, and an excellent communicator. We could not have been happier with the process and end result. Matt renovated my kitchen, from top to bottom. He expertly installed a new hardwood floor and all new cabinetry. He has above average sub-trade contacts who supplied the plumbing and electrical expertise. He did a perfect job installing a challenging backsplash and found an innovative solution for a crown molding design problem. Matt is very good doing drywall and patching work which he demonstrated when making new ceiling pot-light configurations, with a flair for creating several areas of interest within the room. He was very respectful of my space and always cleaned up after each day's work. Matt is an above-average communicator and a great listener. He cheerfully completed the job as per schedule and on budget. I really couldn't be happier!

Outstanding! We could not have been more impressed by both the level of service and by the end results. All work was performed to a high level of professionalism and on schedule. We got Polson Home Renovations introduced to us by our interior designer - Helene Shearman. The scope of the job was to extensively renovate two bathrooms and a powder room. Matt's work ethics, great communication and positive attitude were very impressive.Meticulous attention to details, making sure everything is perfect, always cleaning after - these are just a few of many highlights to mention.While navigating through COVID related mess with shipping of vanities and other building materials deliveries, he  presented flexibility, dedication and ability to creatively find temporary solutions to make our life easier through the renovations.   The reno was professionally done, completed on time, no surprises. We are very very happy we hired Matt for this job.

We were thrilled with the work on our main floor renovation. The tile work was excellent and so was the build out of our new fireplace accent surround/wall and kitchen install. I’m so happy and impressed with Matt’s implementation of my kitchen renovation.
