Worst service ever. I took a haircut appointment and explained that guy very well how I wanted to cut my hair, even showed him a picture. I told him not to cut it too short, upto 5-7cm only. My hair was below my waist and he chopped it off upto my shoulders. Moreover, it looked so bad I didn't even wanted to go out like that. The bangs were cut equally short which looked awful. I literally had to take another appointment from someone else to fix it. If they couldn't do it they should've told me rightway rather than messing it all up.

After many attempts and many cancellations (on my part) due to health issues, I finally made it to Doreen's chair @ Looks Hair Salon.Doreen did a fantastic job on my hair which in the last 6 months suffered many hair mishaps. Thank you so very much Doreen, I truly appreciated the color when I got a good look at it in daylight.
