Front desk senior male staff not accommodating at all, very unhelpful and doesnt respond courteously to questions wanting to rid you quickly .. no people skills at all and shouldn't be doing front desk. Complained about a noisy occupant and didnt do anything to address reported issues despite calling twice. Must be thin walls you could hear next door occupant. Very unpleasant stay coming from a long drive. Only good thing was a decent breakfast meal & female server.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Room was comfortable and clean. Nice pool and great hot breakfast! Location is close to all highways and amenities! Great price for the quality!

We were welcomed by the counter on both arrival and check out, the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was really nice with a great variety, including bacon. The cook came right to our table to ask if we wanted to try fresh pastries from the oven. She even came out to fill a plate for a disabled man. Nice dining room and lobby. Only issues were lumpy pillows and no usb plugs. Everything else was a very pleasant and welcome surprise from most hotels.

I stayed for 6 days and each morning/night had a very warm welcome from all of the staff. The breakfast lady on weekdays is a legend and the nighttime door guy was awesome too.The housekeepers did all the fun towel foldy things and the room was beautifully clean each day.10/10 experience

Very nice and clean hotel with a great pool and breakfast. Very comfortable beds and staff is always welcoming and efficient. I've stayed many times and very consistent. Highly recommend.

Someone had smoked in our first room and they were quick to give us a new one. Thanks!The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, and a waffle bar.UNLIMITED JUICE!"Plenty of last minute necessities at the front desk if you need them. Friendly staff. Room was nice and clean too."

Our stay was during the summer. Please stay away from here. It was disgusting. The carpet had stains, the wall in our room had a hole in it and we had trouble with the tub. The water wouldn’t go down, this was ongoing problem during the stay. We told the front desk, they claimed they fixed. Never again are we staying here.
