TLDR:Jollibee @ Yonge St, Toronto delivers the delicious world famous Filipino fast food with excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, patient and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're in a hurry, be aware that you may wait in line due to its popularity and long queue. I may be super late to post and review but I couldn’t resist putting out my thoughts. Jollibee has 11 locations in Toronto and I was in the area to check out this specific spot. What sets this location apart from the other restaurants is their exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home. The staff is happy to offer suggestions, answer any questions we had and even a couple of the staff from the back came out to offer their personal suggestions.The atmosphere at Jollibee is lively and welcoming, with a clean and well-maintained dining area. It’s so busy we decided to take our food to go. When we got back to our friend's place the food was still warm and delicious. The staff takes pride in their work, and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant.I would like to note that driving here may be tricky as there is limited street parking and its very traffic heavy. Public transportation is recommended and or walking here.Overall, Jollibee @ Yonge St, Toronto is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for delicious fast food from this Filipino chain and exceptional customer service.Highly recommended! 5/5 starsUntil next time...

We went to Jollibee to try a chicken sandwich. We faced with a wonderful customer service, people there is very friendly. Place is small to have food inside but it’s good. Food is great, chicken taste good. Chicken sandwich is pretty good. If you want a get fried chicken this is a good place.

Warning: food hazard , rude staff !!To the owner: did reach out the customer care with the details and name of the employee. I haven’t heard a response yet. Once again, I like to point out based on my experience , this location does not have any quality control of the food, and none of the employees care of any concern a diner has. Extremely ignorant and argumentative staff. No one has time to argue and ruin their day or money, listen to the concern and fix the issue. I just wanted a cooked piece, keep your negative energy to yourself. Jeez!!!Almost killed me with their raw chicken today. Asked them to replace the uncooked chicken but unfortunately their well trained employees started arguing about their temperature check even after showing the undercooked chicken. Tried to get a refund, still ignorant and kept demanding for a receipt.Service negative 1000 !!Worst fried chicken I have ever had.If anyone is reading my review please stay away from this joint, there are so many better quality fried chicken joint nearby.Extremely unpleasant experience at this location.

Food is freshly made and tasty, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.Tried their pie for the fist time because it has pineapple, however, that was below expetation, maybe I set it a bit too high, and to be fair, I'm not a big pie fan.overall a good experience, will visit again in the future.

I took my 9 year old son here for lunch. We lived in SE Asia for 2 years and were already familiar with Jollibee, but after seeing an Australian friend post about his first visit to one in Philippines I was inspired to visit the one closest to me here in Toronto. My son loves chicken and I love burgers and Hawaiian pizza so you can probably guess what I ordered!The food was good for fast food, my son liked the friend chicken (regular and spicy), I enjoyed the Aloha Burger, but the mashed potatoes were just okay. Peach mango pie was delicious and reminded me of the old school deep fried pies from McDonalds (in a good way). The food took longer than most fast food places and seating was very limited, but the flashy/buzzy device they gave us let us know when our order was up. I’d use their app to order in advance next time.

Finally tried the famous Jollibee and to be honest it was OKAY, I gave a high rating because this location was clean, friendly and the food came out steaming hot! Not a big fan of hot dogs in my spaghetti but the peach mango pie and pineapple drink was my favorite-the spicy chicken was tasty.

First time at a Jollibee. The sandwich was crispy, juicy and well seasoned. The coconut pineapple pie was amazing and I liked the pineapple juice on the side. Service was mint, so helpful and nice . Would definitely go back there

Well, this is awful, I was expecting a nice fried chicken dinner today but It wasn’t.Ok, I got bad experiences with fried chicken in the past (different brand) and wasn’t nice and today I decided to get some fried chicken from here, I know is a really popular place and the store looks really clean and amazing, however, the chicken didn’t taste good, we ordered half and half (normal and spicy), was visually pleasing but the taste was awful, it was like boiled chicken without flavour.:(
