Ahmed in Ottawa is AMAZING! Very friendly guy. He is quick at getting back to you and often will move his schedule around to fit you in. If parts are on order he keeps you updated on how long they will take. Often he comes in after hours or on holidays to fix things. Ive even called him to come correct other Yale Techs work. Yale should really clone him, they need more guys like him.

Extremely unhappy with the service. I needed a repair, which turned out was only a missing spring. I was being charged an extra $240.00, on top of the call out charge, which i was informed covered travel, gas, and 407. The location is 10 minutes away from where i needed them for services. So I was being charged for 2 hours of labor on top of my labor charge. On top of that when they came to do an assessment the worker went out to his truck 10 times in 1.5 hours, which would have only been 1 hour to determine the problem if he wasn't wasting time bringing in tools he never used on my power jack. When they called to ask why I was unhappy and did not want to continue with their service I was told I was being unreasonable because I don't know what it is like to repair a forklift and that I will not find a lower price. In fact I found 3 companies just in the same distance as Yale to do the repair for a lot less.

Once again I have to leave a terrible review for Yale. I would give a negative 10 if I could. I am disgusted in this company. Back in April I was given horrible service and I refused to pay a ridiculous price when they came to do absolutely nothing for 2.5-3 hours. I spoke with somebody at Yale about the situation and they agreed that I would not be accepting their services and they would remove my current information from their system, also agreeing that I was not going to be charged. 6 months later I receive a credit card charge for hundreds of dollars from Yale. Thinking I wouldn't notice. I contacted them to remove it and they did not, resulting in me having to contact the bank to remove the unauthorised charge.

I contacted Yale yesterday and they were able to send a technician the very next day. Excellent company with very quick response times! The technician, Ahmed is great, very friendly and overall great service!
