From the very first phone call to final delivery it was a great experience. Mandy my sales rep that took over from Gem was great to deal with…April in accounting made our payment transfers a breeze…and to Chris and Guy who delivered beyond satisfied…two great guys with excellent manor…definitely recommend Bubbas with 5 stars!

Technician (Craig) is the perfect blueprint for what a Service Technician should be. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and took the time that was necessary to resolve the issue with my hot tub. The resolution took some time and outside the box thinking and it was very clear that Craig's #1 priority was getting my issue resolved and not simply trying to rush off to his next appointment when things got difficult. In today's world, most companies seem to be more concerned with quantity over quality but this was not the case for Craig. I am so impressed that Craig took the time to resolve my issue even when it was clearly taking more time than a standard service call. I am beyond impressed with the service I received.

We purchased our Hot Tub from Bubba's in April 2021 and we had awesome service. Our sales rep Alex was very professional, site visits were done by the owner and the electrician, everything went smooth. We are really enjoying our tub.....

Bubba's Tubs has some of the best service and help of ANY company I have EVER dealt with.They are easy to communicate with, they respond back quickly and will provide service as quickly as they can.And they are very understanding and are more than willing to work with their customers in anyway to make them happy.Every bit of 5 stars!

I had a deck built in hot tub replaced by the bubba tub team. It was a difficult task given the location, but the team made it look easy. They were extremely professional with safety always at the forefront. Definitely recommend Bubba tubs!

Had a heat pack replace by Bubbas 10 years ago it lasted a long time and I was happy with it and the service.After an unsatisfactory service call in November to replace the S-pack that they no longer carried anyway I was still charged for a 2 hour service call that lasted 12 minutes.However after explaining that I was unhappy with the call I was quickly refunded.Thank you April.

We had a hot tub installed 2 weeks ago and we are extremely pleased with it. The lady that took care of things went above and beyond. She was so very friendly and helpful. The two guys that installed it were absolutely amazing. Very nice, gave us lots of detail on what they were doing and well experienced. Thank you so much. We highly recommend Bubbas Tubs
