We called and reserved a cab a day ahead of time for our departure bay ferry with this company. The driver Gurdial arrived early to our home to make sure he was on schedule and was very pleasant. We were met with courteous and prompt service from our first call to our drop off at our destination and will use Yellow Cab Nanaimo whenever needing cab service from our home in Ladysmith

This cab company saved us while visiting Nanaimo. We forgot diapers while packing for our island trip and they picked some up for us and delivered them out to our remote location no problem. AC taxi denied us immediately when we asked about delivery.We couldn’t be more thankful for the team tonight who helped us. Thank you thank you!!

We took Cab #42 and it instantly smelt horrific. It was a 22 minute, $51 ride that smelt like a mix of bad body odour (BO) and urine. When I called the company number to complain, all they did was apologize and said it wouldn’t happen for the next customer. He was very unhelpful, rude and all he kept saying was that he was sorry. I said I wouldn’t be using this company again and he said you’re welcome. Horrible horrible experience by both the driver and the company! I still feel like throwing up.

Hailed a cab outside the airport, halfway to the destination he told me it was a flat rate of $30 for anywhere 5,7, or 6 km from the start of the trip. I asked him 3 times if he was sure and ended up paying $30 on a $12 fare . Called dispatch this morning and they said absolutely not, there is no flat rate, I'm waiting on a call back from the supervisor. This was cab # 28, Ranvir was the driver

The cab was 1/2 hr. late even through I had booked the day ahead to the airport. I called 3× to see if they were coming, 'Oh yes 5 min.', 'Oh yes 9 min.', then, 'Oh sorry, the driver had a flat tire'. I was quoted $25 for the trip, but it cost $41.Thankfully, I didn't miss my flight but it was stressful waiting. I will go somewhere else next time.

I unfortunately dropped my credit card in the cab after paying. After called around 9pm, I was told to call the following morning at 9am and he will transfer time to lost & found and will get my card back. He proceeded to hang up on me. Plus the fair is wild, goes up every 3 seconds. $50 for a 13 minute ride is insanely over priced.Driver was nice. The other driver went to the hotel we wanted to go to instead of airport then was outside the hotel complaining to the driver who picked us up. Little weird he would wait to complain to the other driver.

I was in car 30 and the cab driver tried to rip me off when I call in to complaint the dispatcher hangs up in my ear. I told the driver not to do that and he replied I’m waisting his time now.I will not be taking them no more
