I recently purchased the Traeger Timberline Grill from Capital BBQ. Excellent customer service and overall experience. They were happy to answer any and all questions during my initial purchase. They explained the grill in detail, and walked me through the initial set up. They went above and beyond after the point of sale. Delivery and assembly were professional and timely. Highly recommend purchasing your next BBQ at Capital BBQ.

You would think that when your website indicates something is in stock, it's in stock. I drive 45 minutes to get there and what I wanted to by wasn't in stock. Even the front desk clerk was surprised. I would have bought many other things but since I was annoyed by that, I bought only one thing. So $28 annoyed vs hundreds of $$ worth not annoyed.. Another clerk stated just that day, a few people were not please by that as well. Capital BBQ, please fix this.. I'm taking a break from driving down for a bit. It's too bad.

Had heard that Capital BBQ were great to deal with so decided to use them rather than a big box store for my new BBQ and am so glad I did. I got amazing customer service from Chris aided by Logan following a frustrating experience with a Napoleon Kettle. Bought one, got home and cast iron grate was broken, didn't check the rest of the contents. Back to store Chris swapped it quickly without any issue. Got home and later that evening began unpacking to find the kettle base was damaged. I was nervous going back to the store a second time but Chris looked at it and arranged an immediate exchange without any questions. At the loading bay Logan helped me check the replacement so that I could be sure there were no issues and loaded it into the car. The courtesy and service provided was remarkable. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Great service in store when I went to look at physical Q's (hard to compare online sometimes). Team found me a better alternative that met my request even better. Friendly and effective post sales and delivery followed up.

Ordered a new burner for my BBQ was delivered but unfortunately left on the front porch for everyone to see. In the end never got my order says delivered but never seen it even if home all day, see the picture of my door but why didn't no one ring door bell or knocked. Package stolen by probably dumb kids don't know what they will do with my burner but now I need to purchase one again was only offered 10% off, doesn't even cover tax, will be purchasing thru Amazon instead delivery service better never had issues and if not home they use their brains and place my packages at my back door you know away from everyone to see. Good product but delivery and customer service needs improvement.

Placed an order online back on Feb 2, 2023 and I still have not gotten a shipping notice for my items. I was first told they were backordered and I would receive it at the end of February. I checked in again at the beginning of March and they said end of March. It is now April and I haven't received anything yet. When I check the items on their online store, both items show as being in stock. My credit card had been charged right when I ordered, so they have just kept my money and keep delaying my items.
