Excellent service. Everybody nice people in here. I was attended by Szilvia Korda, very kind and helpful, and by audiologist Karen Ma, excellent professional who carefully goes thru every details of your case, resolving it with precision and knowledge. I am very happy that I came here and grateful to you all.

They assisted me in getting proper hearing aids, adjusted them for my hearing problems, provided me with excellent service. It should be noted that, although my hearing aids were given to me for free, but that there is a income maximum for being provided with the right equipment. I could hardly hear anything anymore and I could not be happier to have been given everything needed for my hard of hearing problem. In addition they have given me extra free follow up to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. If you are in the same (low income) situation, contact them, The equipment is donated by the general public and repaired, conditioned and leaned before they leave the organization. Thanks Don, Szylvia and Karen

IDHHC is a life saver for me. I had sudden hearing loss at 49 and they helped me with technology and the training to cope. Losing your hearing is very isolating, lonely and sad. Cannot say enough good things about the people there and the many, many services they offer to our community. Thank you IDHHC!

They have a huge turnover of staff. I have also been at the office when the Executive Director yells at staff. I found this very unprofessional. The staff do not seem very happy when the Executive Director is around.
