Ben was patience and professional, guided me thought process, always assisted me . He explained all pros and cons of the product I choice or about to choose. provided a summaries of option for my budget. This is whole process took place during COVID 19, so it moved all interaction to virtual. I am recommending him to my friends. I will working with him again. Delivery was on time.Only drawback. Time to respond via Email about 8 hrs. During the Pandemic it was main avenue of communications. I would have liked it to be a bit faster.

Do not waste your time! I attempted to visit this jewellery store and after spending forever trying to locate it in an old office building, finally found the door to a tiny office in a back hallway. It had a different name on the door than the name on the website and it was closed even though the website said they were open (On a Monday at 4:30). I called the phone number listed on their website and was told I could only come into the store if I booked an appointment. This store is sketchy! Save your time and go to a reputable store with an actual showroom.

My fiancee and I wanted to make a minor repair to her engagement ring and found this store via Google maps. We weren't sure what to expect at first but any anxiety was quickly put to rest after speaking with the warm and friendly Floriss over the phone. We were escorted to their shop by Eddie. Upon entering the shop, the service simply amazing. We learned that they were a mom and pop establishment and had been in business for 30 years! Floriss and Eddie quickly assessed our situation and promptly got to working on our repair (we needed an accessory stone to be fitted on the ring band). Despite it being the weekend just before New Year's Eve, Floriss and Eddie were able to get the job done within 30 minutes of our impromptu arrival and all for a very reasonable price. As for the ring, it came back with about 300% more sparkle and luster - my fiancee was giddy with joy and excitement! And while we were waiting for the repair, we were treated to some delicious chocolate covered cookies. Outstanding service indeed!After the repairs, upon our request, Eddie gave us a friendly assessment for possible wedding bands. He was very friendly and humourous, and we never felt pressured in anyway. We will definitely be coming back!I highly recommend this family run business to anyone seeking jewellery repairs or browsing jewellery. The service was simply impeccable.

World jewellery, is the best store for custom made jewellery and they also have great collection in there store. Shopping mall jewelry stores always have same type of styles but world jewellery have more personal styles. The owner is really kind and talented. Sees your vision and understands you. Very reasonable and welcoming. In one word perfection for my piece!!. I never write reviews but the owner deserves more than 5 stars. He's very accommodating and considerate. What more can I say? Must go there and experience it yourself. Thank you so much for the amazing wedding band you made us.
