This is a dirty man, when I asked him how much for fingerprints he did not answer me directly and again when I asked what is the rate he answered whatever the other person gave , you have to pay the same or this is my shop get out of my shop if you find another place. Then he said he is a police and this is RCMP. Then he grabbed the paper from my hand where my name , phone number and signatures are written and he kept that. He said he will not return my documents and has right to keep. I want to know how he has the right to do it? Where other places are asking around $40 for a fingerprint, he doesn’t have any price list and he was very aggressive and in attacking mode because I asked him the rate. Never met such a bad person in customer service.
