These five stars are for the staffs! Thank you for the great great service. I'm a very small Asian with a -6 prescription. All of the glasses that I got in Canada give me extreme pain on my nose. That's because those stores don't have Asian fit and informed me poorly. However, Skylight optical understood my concern and helped me a lot. They took into account my very small pupillary distance, high prescription, sensitivity, and all of the problems that I encountered before. Miky was so so kind and professional. She deserves much appreciation for her hard work. She helped me to find frames that would work for me so I won't waste my money(and be in pain) again. No one asked me to leave a positive review, but I have to do it because Miky and the staffs made a difference in my life.

I came here for the very first time for designer prescription sunglasses, and the staff is amazing. Jenny is so helpful. The turnaround time for the order was fast, but it didn't sacrifice the quality. I'll definitely be coming back, especially after finding out that they will also replace lenses from pairs bought elsewhere.

I’m very happy to get what I was looking for so quickly. I knew this place from a friend long ago. But I don’t want to travel to Richmond. So I found this store in DT which is much closer to me. I tried several pairs and the staff recommended some thing similar to what I wanted. However I don’t like them. So I show him the one I saw online and he quickly looked it up, and ordered for me. He (I don’t know his name) is very good at his job for sure. He did his measuring when I didn’t even know and he got every detail confirmed in one go. And when I went in to pick up today, I was so late, and they cut the lenses in a very short time. So I don’t have to come back again! I like them knowing what they are doing. And they do carry lots of fashion frames! Glad I found my new glasses here. Very importantly with a reasonable price I got the thinnest lenses with all functions.

We visited this place today hoping to get a new pair of sunglasses but unfortunately, we were dismayed by the first store associate who approached behind us. While we were looking for some sunglasses on display when all of a sudden a girl, wearing a brown cardigans begun talking to us in an aggressive tone and she was loud. I was embarrassed the way she talked. It looked like she’s looking for a fight! I remained chill, but I couldn’t help myself but to look at her, as if I’m trying to read her - maybe she is not the “usual” associate. Maybe she’s a person who has hearing problem. Then there’s this Asian guy who accommodated us professionally. Then moved to another lady, who I believe doesn’t know her job well. We told her that my partner’s sunglasses are polarized (w/c is very obvious) but yet, she doubled checked them under the light. With that being said, we doubted if they can make us good lenses (if not better). Lastly, I noticed that two of the associates were secretly taking photos of one of the lady customers, which made my brows raised. All I can say is that, we are a small business owner as well, who made sure that we respect and create a welcoming , friendly and safe environment for everybody. To end this review, we did not buy anything here. Instead, we went to a different shop just next door.

Got a pair of prescription glasses couple of years ago and loved the experience. Lovely ladies were able to point out glasses that would fit my wide face. Came back for another pair couple of days ago, was met by friendly staff and again was not disappointed by the suggested glasses. When it was the time to pick lenses, unfortunately, they passed me over to another person (male with curly hair). When asked about the lightest lenses possible, they did not suggest the actual lightest option but what they think would be cheaper one for me to get. With certain degree of accuracy, I can say, anyone with heavy prescription glasses, asian features, and sinus/tension headaches, would be willing to pay extra for a lighter pair of glasses. Without going too much into details, the whole interaction with the last person was bizarre and I did not end up buying the glasses that I really liked.

Amazing customer service. They helped me get the best fit out of my new glasses and they also fixed my old ones at no extra cost. Super friendly and fast. A big shout out to Jenny for her amazing help. A returning customer for sure.

Bought some frames here and had a great experience! They have a great selection of designer glasses with reasonable prices. I initially bought a pair but realized they were very uncomfortable, and I was able to exchange for a different pair without any issues. They were very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They do watch you closely and it sometimes feels like too much service, but that is usually the case with Asian glasses stores.

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time to browse their beautiful sunglasses collection. I wanted to purchase my first-ever designer pair with dark prescription lenses. Jenny from the Robson location was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. She gave me an unexpected generous discount as well.Their prescription orders normally take 10 to 14 business days, but when I told Jenny that I was traveling in a week, she said she'd have it for me in 7 days. I received the call even sooner than expected to pick up my glasses - 3 days after the time of purchase! I came in to the store and the glasses were perfect. They included an extra pair of lenses in case the current ones break, and I was also told that I have a 1 year warranty. The shop also offers lens replacement services even if your pairs weren't bought from their shop.I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since I never splurged that much of sunglasses. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

We were visiting Vancouver on holiday and forgot my wife's contact lenses. They were really helpful, luckily we had a copy of her prescription and were able to supply some daily lenses. Would have been really stuck without their help, very helpful staff. Thank you!!
