Paid for 1 night parking to Victorian Hotel, followed all steps but they issued a ticket. Gave the ticket to the hotel and they said it will be cancelled. two month later received a bill from car rental company. Contacted everyone involvedand none came back with proper response. Why on earth they issue a ticket without checking with their contractors? Who manages this place such poorly?

Car window smashed. Valuables stolen. Contacted Easy Park and they told me there are no cameras in the lot so there is no hope of justice. Horrible, avoid at all costs.

Our car was in one piece when we returned, hence 2 stars not 1, but we had a ticket for non-payment, dated two MINUTES after we paid at the machine. There was nobody there, except a security car, so who else would have left a ticket? We are appealing, what a pain.

I am super stoked with this parkade, a great option at $6.95 for 19 hours all-day in a great location around a quite rough neighborhood within the downtown area. The parkade is secure with good upkeep.Simple, easy, fast and contactless method of payment makes this place a go-to option whenever I need to drive into downtown Van.

I parked and paid for a spot via the mobile app at 11:42 AM which was good until 6:00 AM the following day (*their own app* confirms that my payment was received and processed at this exact time). I was issued a ticket at 11:46 AM by one of their patrollers, just a few minutes later. I had a similar bad experience at one of their other lots earlier this month, and I've never once received a parking ticket before that.Don't use EasyPark lots. The staff doesn't seem to be trained well enough to follow basic procedure such as verifying plate payment status before issuing tickets, and this probably stems from general mismanagement from within the company. If you want to save yourself the hassle of having to file appeals when you've properly paid and followed correct procedure, then park somewhere else. There is no shortage of other parking lots.

I can confirm windows get smashed. Mine wasn’t, but driving out from the second floor we saw two cars with their windows smashed.If you park here, don’t leave anything in your car. We didn’t and no smashed windows.Also if you park here over night. The gates open at 6, you need to be in your car before 5:59 or you could receive a ticket.

Their app wasn’t working on a Saturday when I was trying to park.I talked to the security on site and he had others with the same issue, and he was already calling into to Easy Park to find out what the issue was.After waiting for 15 minutes for Easy Park to confirm what to do, he notified that we could leave our car without paying, but if we received a ticket, we would just have to call in on Monday and confirm what happened, and that Easy Parks customer service would have a lot of their call and would be able to void the ticket.I received a ticket but didn’t think anything of it.The next day I paid for parking for the full day, as the app was working again. (Paid at 6:01am)At 2pm I found my car was gone, and called the towing company to find that my car had been towed.$120 towOnce I picked up my car, I found that I had been ticketed for the Saturday, and also the Sunday at 10:40am, even though I had been told not to pay for parking on Saturday, and I DID PAY for parking ON Sunday.After calling their customer service, I was told that they had no record of the security making the call to Easy Park, and that I was responsible for non payment.They voided the ticket for the Sunday, as I had proof of payment.No apology, no refund for towing. Just told that it was my responsibility to provide payment, and I should not have listened to the security that is hired by them, and issues the tickets for them.Horrible service.
