My mom had an amazing experience seeing Monique to get her new glasses. She needed a specific pair that was light enough and fit comfortably in order for her to actually wear her glasses. Monique went above and beyond for my mom and I am grateful my mom had such a positive experience. I would recommend anyone needing new glasses to stop by and see Monique!

This was my first time here, as my regular place went out of business. Angelique took the time to show me a ton of different frames and to give me advice about what the Dr had told me. We discussed my needs for 3 pairs of glasses. She helped me to get the best deals and discounts that she could for me as well.We had one hiccup with my reading glasses, part was my fault as i did not understand the difference between static and active. She was very understanding, and re-ordered the lenses at no cost to me. They were perfect the second time. My main glasses were perfect out of the box as well. I am just waiting on my sunglasses, which worked out to be free with full prescription.They are current and use text messaging to let you know when your glasses are in, and they were ready way ahead of schedule which i really appreciated.I am an older gentleman, 60 and they treated me with respect and were courteous, not a lot of that left in the world these days, I gave them a 5 star rating based on the overall experience. I went to Factory optical for my very first pair of glasses, when I needed a second pair I made the mistake of purchasing them at the Eye clinic. Well I'm onto my 3rd set and went back to factory optical. I won't go anywhere else again. Great customer service and they spend the time to help you find the perfect pair!!!

Great no pressure service!! Angelique was friendly and very knowledgeable while helping me find frames and figure out which lenses would be best for me. Lots to choose from and even had a sale on the frames I wanted. It will be my first stop next time I need eyewear.
