Absolutely horrendous taxi company. Not only will I be making a formal call to the owner to discuss what happened to me and a few other women, but if you are at all going to consider this company as your way home. Don’t. Unsafe, disrespectful behaviour, and absolutely treated terribly as a woman. It’s sad that even locals warned us to just “walk” home instead of taking the company. If I could give this company 0 stars. I would.

Dispatcher was a real treat to deal with over the phone. Not sure of the guy’s name but it should be published. Driver was just a headache as well. Walk to your destination if it’s close enough.

We tried getting the drivers attention as he was driving by multiple times.As the driver passed us for the fourth time he just threw a card at us, not even stopping the car.We ended up walking to the hotel in the dark. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. God awful customer service, rude dispatchers, horrendous drivers, outrageous fees for a 10 min ride. If you’re reading this, do not use this cab company. Honestly you’re better off walking or hitch hiking.

Husband and I used this company twice yesterday and nothing but wonderful things to say! Very prompt and courteous. Will definitely use them again next time we stay in Banff

If you need to be somewhere on time walk! Dispatch told us it would be a 10 minute wait turned into and hour and 10 minutes. If you're making people wait for an hour tell them so they can do other things in the mean time. Would not recommend anyone use their service.

60 DOLLARS for a 15 min drive from banff to Canmore! The meter wasn't running and I wasn't told the fixed price" until the end of the journey! Do yourself a favour and get the bus for 6 bucks"

Driver was rude, dispatcher was even ruder. The crabby attitude wouldn’t fly anywhere else, just because this is the only taxi service in Banff that people rely on

The WORST taxi company ever. Dispatcher was a joke of a man and with the prices we had to sell all our belongings to go on a 15 minute journey.
