Union Street Cycle
Called Union Street Cycle as my bike tire had suddenly gone flat after I arrived to work. Bob picked up and was knowledgeable with the questions I asked. He asked that I bring in the bike for him to check out and provided me possibilities of what may have happened. In person, Bob was very polite and gave me a sense of sincerity. He provided all prices upfront and was transparent.In the end, when I went to pick up my bike, he stated that my bike tire was a bit old but the problem seemed to just be the inner tube and just replaced that. Would be back if I have any other future issues.

Andrew and Mark are the kindest and most honest people! I recently got a bike tune up at another shop but they did such a poor job that I had to entrust my bike to Andrew. He fixed my derailleur, adjusted my brake, checked my pedals and inflated my tires within 5 minutes and wouldn't accept my payment, insisting that it was a quick fix on his part. After his thorough repair, my bike performed better than when I first bought it from the shop! I will definitely bring my bike back here in the future! Thank you so much.

Union Street Cycle
They are always excellent when I go into this bike shop. Maintenance is done well and for a reasonable price. Without all of the usual dogma, condescension and lectures that I have come to expect from nearly every bike shop. Also it is a small shop, which is nice because you are usually talking to the same person who knows what is going on with your bike. I was able to return an item I didn't like with no questions asked, which I also appreciated.

Very solid little cycle shop focusing on service with a serious work ethic. Competitive service rates and parts prices and willing to squeeze jobs into the que even when backed up.to.get their customers rolling again. Great attitude, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to their people!

Union Street Cycle
Bought an internal gear hub from here and Bob gave me a really good price on it. Came back a week later to get a wheel laced to it, bob had quoted me as having it ready for that wednesday, but I ended up getting a call Monday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Awesome and really relaxed staff. Will definitely be coming in again in the future!

This is my first time at this business and had great experience during my visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. He explained to me how to change the tire tube. Recommended business for bike repair. Business was on Union Street but moved to East Georgia Street in Chinatown.

Shop closed. I went to the location on May 12, 2023 and there was nothing there. Not even a sign to say the shop was out of business. That’s a real shame because I have good memories of visits here before.

Love the service! Bob tuned up my commuter Trek hybrid bike so it rides like new. He took the time to explain things clearly. Most of my repairs were minor, but now my bike is much safer and faster. I called ahead to book an appointment, so that when I dropped off my bike he was ready to get started on it. Money and time well spent!!!
