Good place for laser hair removal. They are very professional, specially Khatereh(Cathy) is the best.You need to book an appointment in advance (3 weeks in advance)

I know Spa Sahel as a place with friendly atmosphere, professional and super nice staff. I love its pleasant decoration with relaxing tune. You find at Spa Sahel REASONABLE price for each service. CATHY (Khatere) is so skilled and gifted. She is expert at what she does. I am SO lucky to have her at Spa Sahel. In fact, I’ve had hair removal laser sessions and facial relaxation sessions with Cathy. She always takes time to do her job in a best possible way. I’ve had a GREAT EXPERIENCE and AWESOME RESULTS specially facial hair removal at Spa Sahel. Thank you Thank you Thank you Cathy for all and I definitely recommend you Sahel Spa :)P.S. I have been a regular client for the past three years, attending numerous sessions. Recently, due to my loyalty and consistent patronage, they offered me a discount because they realized something was wrong since after 20 sessions, there wasn’t any good progress. The premise was simple: the more sessions I attended, the greater the reduction in cost. However, until that point, I had been paying the same amount without any adjustments for the past two years.During one of my visits, my assigned aesthetician was unable to make the appointment, resulting in a substitute taking her place. It was during this time that the manager or owner approached me, expressing concern that they were losing money due to the discount I had received in the previous two sessions. Despite explaining that their employee had granted me the discount after consulting with her, the manager refused to acknowledge it and instead attributed the decision to her employee's personal issues, claiming that she was delusional due to grief. This revelation shocked me, as it was disheartening to hear such derogatory remarks about their own staff members.Additionally, I faced another issue when I had to cancel a session due to being at risk of COVID-19. Considering the potential danger of infecting others, I made the responsible decision to stay home. However, the establishment insisted on charging me for the cancellation, seemingly prioritizing financial gain over the well-being of their clients and employees.Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and owner. Their refusal to acknowledge the discount granted by their own employee and their willingness to charge me for a cancellation due to health concerns left me questioning their priorities and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, worst customer service and only because of the rude owner who offers customers fake prices without any good result at the end!!!After more than one year of treatment with Kati, I realized that I just wasted my time and my money in Spa Sahel since not only I still have a lot of hair but also my skin got so sensitive with a lot of pimples!! Every time I tried to be on time and nice with the owner who did my laser, however, she was really rude with me even though I was her customer for 1 year!!!! Only for once I came late for 10min and she canceled my appointment and text time I saw her she even didn’t complete the work and said you have high expectations with limited budget!!!Please take sometime and read the reviews carefully before you decide! Really sorry….

Client there for more than 4 years.The team is amazing the prices are reasonable for downtown and the results we get.The owner is really accommodating and stretch her schedule to satisfy all her client.My favorite spot in Montreal .At spa sahel we come as we are and go leave as we want.

I absolutely love this place. I go to laser my back, shoulders and wax my tattoo. The service here is amazing. Adjani is great and so are all the other technicians. I drive an hour and a half to come here over any other place for hair removal.Prices are amazing and I always leave feeling great.

Adjani is the BEST! All the ladies are great honestly really lovely staff who are so genuinely nice and accommodating. The prices are super reasonable and so worth it! The spa is so clean and spotless and my experience has always been great every time I have come for many months and will be coming back!
