Terrible customer service from the owner Sylvie for many years my kids had to ride with this company and she has no common sense, empathy, respect and no understanding. Says she will have someone call back and they don’t when you call about it she hangs up! I can’t wait for stock to win the bid needs to be better managed by a more knowledgeable company.

I wish I could give Zero stars . This company is a terrible bus line to transport children. The owner Mr babin has assaulted my kids multiple times physically and verbally. He has attacked my husband also while in control of a bus full of other peoples minor children. I've calledthexompany with no reprieve , the board , my mpp theschool board, the director of education.. This company drives by children EVERYDAY . This company should be appalled with their actions. I wish DSB1 would swap to Firststudent or stock... The children deserve to be SAFE and not assaulted nor harassed . Also the owner allows teenagers to vape on the bus .

Had to click on one star since it wouldn't let me click on zero . Called to make a complaint about a bus driver and she laughed it off then went on to say the bus driver would never say these things. And also that her 13 year old is on the bus and would of noticed. This bus driver has harassed more then one child. Our kids will not be going on this bus anymore for safety purpose's.
