Sifa Tailors & Dry Clean

Hannah did a good job with a coat I brought into Sifa recently. The lining was torn to shreds, there was damage to the hem and as it is an extremely long coat I was worried a tailor may not be able to take on the job and consider the coat unsalvageable. However after explaining to Hannah what I wanted and the fact the coat was dear to me she agreed to repair the coat, which involved removing the lining, hemming the coat, and fixing up the inside shoulders.The only snag is that the original estimate for when it would be completed was 10 days off from when it was actually completed. As I was moving at the end of the month I was worried I would not get my coat on time, however I was able to receive my coat a few days before the move. I would say the original estimate given the size of the job was too optimistic and advise Hannah that she gives herself a little more time for big jobs in the future.The price was reasonable for how extensive the job was. I've also taken pants here for repairs and hemming and the price is extremely reasonable and the clothes were received on time. Great local dry-clean and tailors, and I wish them the best of luck in the future. If I wasn't moving I would definitely continue going here for my tailoring needs.

I had a great experience here. I brough in half a dozen items, some of which I expected to be unsalvageable. Hannah was up front with me, letting me know when a repair would be expensive or if a stain may not come out. We went ahead and it all turned out better that I could have expected. The patches on my jeans are totally invisible and my clothes enjoy a new extended life. And she was so nice!
