I recommend this place to everyone! I’ve been going here for seven + years and couldn’t be happier. Up-to-date equipment, clean and comfortable office, and friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Jaffer is excellent; she is meticulous and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure you understand and are making the right decisions.

Not happy with the service here. I bought a pair of prescription Maui Jim sunglasses which were ruined because of salt water. Who would have ever known that salt water ruins the lenses. They didn't let me know this happens when I purchased them and when I returned with glasses they basically shrugged their shoulders and said they can't do anything. They did not even offer a discount on my next pair of glasses. I will not return.

Came for an eye exam and was treated by amazing and friendly staff. Made me feel safe with their existing safety protocols. I was seen by Dr Kaitlin Koo who was amazing at what she does. She was thorough in her assessment and also made sure to explain some of the images that were taken of my retinal scan. Overall solid first time experience here and would definitely recommend!

I've been a patient at this location for three years now and every time I visit the service has been top-notch. The professional care and courtesy extended from Dr. Tolmie and the opticians like Brittany make my visits worthwhile and comforting. Overall, the efficiency of the entire staff at this location is spectacular.

Switched over to them when my former doctor retired. The staff were friendly, explained what they were checking for in the tests, it felt comprehensive and professional. I felt confident that they checked everything so thoroughly and that my eyes are healthy. I was also given good advice about glasses that could fit my face, as I have had trouble with glasses fitting my nose bridge.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Jaffer - she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed the time I spent in their office right from when I walked in the door up until I left. Highly recommend going to see them for your next eye exam!

It was a great experience, Annie was the person who did my pre checkup and everything was very smooth. I have trouble keeping my eyes wide open but she was very patient with me throughout the process. Overall the pre-screening was very good and I didn't have to wait long before my eye examination took place. That was also very smooth and no hiccups. The place is very clean as well which is nice considering it's location.

Update. July/2018. Eye exam & new frames. Having issues getting used to the lenses this year. Ray Ban frames for a change. After one adjustment to the frame and four weeks my eyes are still straining to the point of discharge.Billed for a secondary eye check and after dishing out 900 dollars, not what I was expecting. Why should I pay...without first being told...to find out if my prescription is correct?PS: My eyes are just fine as long as I don't wear these glasses. Lovely.Small store frame wise. Their King Street location offers more styles.
