Went there at 7pm on a Thursday and the waitress said to us that they were closing the terrasse at 30c because of lack of staff?? I mean serve us the food and leave or better yet, let us bring our food outside ourselves but please keep you BS for yourselves and come up with better excuses for your staff's incompetence... We were 6 going to eat there and we all went to Thai Zone instead, they were really happy to see us there

staff is insulting towards non-French speaking customers regardless of whether or not I understand French but not speak it. store-bought frozen pizza that wasn't even cooked thoroughly.

Ordered a club sandwich, the fries tasted like dry cardboard and could not eat them. The sandwich was put together sloppy and sort of fell apart while picking it up to eat. Was affected apple pie for desert, but when I accepted it, they turned around and told me there was none. And for 30$ Plus tip... not worth it for what you get.

The restaurant is clean and looks recently renovated, with USB outlets and take out bags at each tables. My great disappointment was on the size of the smoked meat sandwich that, for 18$, gives me some kind of tapas of a sandwich. This was about half of the volume/weight of what one would expect of this kind of sandwich. I did not even know they made buns that small.

Food is good. Service was courteous and precise but we had to wait a long time to be served. I guess they also are struggling with employee shortage.

Wanted to try this place since it seems to be a staple in and around Quebec city. Food is average. My lasanga was missing some sauce. Their spaghetti is very popular though, probably should have taken that instead. Staff is friendly and environment is very cozy.
