My daughter and nephews took the beginner scuba lessons and thoroughly enjoyed their time. We were greeted by several instructors upon arrival and everyone was friendly and professional. A short video was watched and then they headed to Scona Pool for practise. With so many instructors in the water it made for a great learning experience. The kids are hooked and no doubt will take more lessons. Thank you for the great experience!

Laura saved my vacation! Thanks to her expertise and great customer service ethic I was able to get my dive computer in working order. She tested it and changed the battery as well. All at no charge! And at a moment’s notice!Thanks Laura. Thanks to Ken as well for servicing all my equipment. To your dive masters for the re-activate pool refresher too.Off to Roatan Honduras tomorrow. Everyone was so welcoming, knowledgable and experienced. I took my open water divers course here and they were excellent, professional and fun. I feel a lot more comfortable knowing that I achired these skills and knowledge from such a reputable shop. I also purchased goggles and a snorkel from here and they were extremely affordable for the quality of product and service received. 10/10 would recommend!Thanks guys!!

My wife and I have taken several courses with Northwest Scuba and our 14 year old son just completed his Open Water certification. Ken, Laura and their instructors deliver high quality courses and really ensure that you learn and understand the skills. I highly recommend them for any level of scuba instruction or equipment purchase.

Northwest Scuba is a great company. Ken and Laura run the shop and are both fantastic people who treat their customers exceptionally well. I have always been given good honest advice when seeking information on equipment or diving locations.I did my confined dives and classroom for my PADI with NW Scuba. The instructors were fantastic both in the classroom and in the pool. Multiple times an instructor would pull me aside and give me some great advice based on their observations. I felt like I was the only one in the water with how much individual attention and instruction I received.I booked a trip to Malaysia to do my open water dives and Ken and Laura had a lot of great advice on how to pick a dive shop and how to deal with the paperwork to avoid any complications. If you are trying to pick a dive shop, look no further. You won't get better service or treatment than you will at NW Scuba.

I be taken a few courses at Northwest and always felt that the staff is very knowledgeable and the courses are well done. They pricing for courses and gear are good as well and they always have what I am looking for. The facilities are the best you will find in Edmonton. Overall, great people and great value.

Our 12-year old son desperately wanted to take an open water scuba diving course. I wasn't even sure if it was offered for young kids like him. Well, thanks to Northwest Scuba and an instructor Craig Patterson, Austin achieved his goal! We are super proud and very thankful parents. Austin says that the experience was amazing and his instructor was encouraging which helped him to learn. Yesterday he received his junior scuba diver card in the mail and he is beyond happy!
