Just picked up a Seltos. JP helped us through the entire process. Always kept in contact as these days it takes so long to get into a car. He was great all the way through right up to the exciting day when we picked up our car. And even did a follow up the next day to see how our first day was.

I'm still so overwhelmed with their amazing customer service, kindness to me and my child and persistence in helping me in getting a car that fits/suits my 'right now' needs. Great experience upgrading our company vehicles, although too many features to understand (too many cool features in one place). Thankfully, Dominic has a lot more patience than I do, and can explain until we understand all the cars can do!Keep it up Barrie Kia, you have a heck of a team!

Just picked up my 2023 Sportage from Barrie Kia on Saturday. JP Holgate was my salesperson and he was a delight; very polite, informative, and unlike most salepersons, he was not pushy whatsoever. I had a horrible experience at Sudbury Kia and ended up switching to Barrie Kia instead. I initially ordered from Sudbury and waited 6 months with no word, texts, or calls, from Sudbury. However this was not my main reason for switching - the salesperson I dealt with there was disrespectful and pushy, and I ended up leaving their dealership to go cry in my car - that's how awful it was. To be treated with kindness and respect at Barrie was worth driving the 4 hours to pick it up. I ordered from Barrie the very end of March, and my vechile was ready for pickup start of July - so basically waited 3 months! Highly recommend Barrie Kia and JP.
