I've been going to Rodeo for quite some time now initially just as a window shopper but have since purchased multiple timepieces from them since. My go to person is Raz. He's the man in terms of getting you the timepieces that you want! And even though I don't buy a watch there whenever I drop by and say hello, he's quite happy to drop whatever he's doing and talk shop with me. Always a pleasant time whenever I visit the store!

The service I received at this store was exceptional. I had not visited this store before, but Raz was very friendly and helpful in securing me a hard to find watch. When the watch arrived, there was a minor manufacturing issue that the manufacturer would not fix, but Raz took care of it himself! I could not have asked for a better customer experience and I will always come back for my watches in the future.

Walked in to Rodeo Jewellers, and was looking at a couple of watches like Tudor, Longines, JLC , and some Grand Seiko. Di, who was helping me out, did an amazing and outstanding job in explaining the watches. His customer service is amazing, would go back to him when I decide which model I would like to get.

Just want to share my great experience with the Rodeo store at Oakridge Centre.I am very pleased with the competent and professional staff of Rodeo. I had been looking for watches for a while and I appreciate the service and welcoming environment that Vic and Raz created at the store. Great guys with lots of knowledge and no pressure. Consequently, I settled on a Tudor Black Bay, a great watch. I highly recommend checking out Rodeo for your future watch purchases!

Went in to kick tires and try on a watch I had been interested in for a while (a Tudor Black Bay 36). The salesperson that helped me was friendly, professional, patient, and and very helpful despite me obviously not being there to actually buy a watch on that day. I chatted with him about the watch and he was clearly knowledgeable about the product and manufacture. He also let us take a look at one of the Grand Seiko watches in the cabinets just because we were curious to see the operation of the spring drive in person.The salesperson said that they weren't really willing to negotiate on price, but could discount the tax. Didn't really push them on a further discount, again because I was just in to take a look.I also noticed that the price for the watch was more than reasonable. In fact, it was only $50 more expensive than the watch on the grey market. Taking into account the taxes, import fees, and shipping fees, the watch from Rodeo likely ends up being $100-200 cheaper.Will definitely go to Rodeo first when I'm ready to pull the trigger on purchasing the watch.

When we first met Raz, he made my spouse and I feel very welcome with his friendly personality, and assisted us very helpfully and thoroughly in our selection process. We had been to several jewelry stores already but found Rodeo's selection to be more unique in their offerings, along with their exceptional customer service. We also had the pleasure of meeting Vic, the store owner, when we went to pick up the ring after they re-sized it for me. Rodeo deserves everyone's business. Thank you!

I went in to inquire about a watch within my budget looking for a moonphase feature. The sales person who was very tall with brown hair (or was he the store manager?) was very friendly and helpful. Although I did not make a final decision on a watch at that time, I was also looking for an 18K white gold pendant (small-potatoes transaction). The sales person / manager was just as helpful and fun. I will be coming back here for future purchases if they have the watch I am looking for!

I recently visited the Oakridge location, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Raz - who is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
