I’ve been going to Whites Automotive for years and realized I’ve never written a review. I was recommend to Duncan after moving from out of province. Easily the best service and customer service you’ll receive. Duncan always remembers me and my car and they do an amazing job explaining everything before they work on your car.My brother is a mechanic so I missed quality work when I moved out west. These guys might be better than getting service done from my brother (don’t tell him)!Don’t go anywhere else for all your vehicle needs. This place is the best!

I called them today at 10am asking if it was possible at all to be seen, my vehicle had started shaking on the highway and I was concerned the alignment may be off. They told me to come by and they'd see what's possible to do today, I dropped it off at 1230pm and by 3pm I got a call saying it would be ready within an hour. They had balanced my tires, rotated them, checked my brakes, done an oil change and changed the air filters. I have never been here before but you can guarantee they'll be my go to now, they were incredibly knowledgable and very accommodating. 10/10 recommend. My car is back to running like a dream.

You will not find a better place to take your vehicle. Friendly, polite and experts. If you need any kind of inspection on your vehicle, this is the place to go.

I dropped by spur of the moment - first visit today to White's to ask a question about my brakes. I can't say enough about how great they were in answering my questions. Very helpful and friendly folks there (even though they were obviously very busy). I'll be back. Thank you White's!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Wow. Just, wow.OUTSTANDING customer service, they went above and beyond what they had to do to help me, I can’t express my gratitude enough. I went through a horrific situation (I was the one with the broken Nitro) right before Christmas and these guys were insanely gracious, kind and fair.5 stars doesn’t do them justice = every single person I spoke with were incredible humans.Thank you guys again, SO MUCH!!!! I’d HIGHLY recommend them to anyone - even if you don’t live locally. They are absolutely worth the drive.They have my business for life (and I promise my next vehicles will be a much quicker turn around)❤️

I’ve been so happy with the service here. Duncan in particular has been so great! He went to bat to warranty my rotors and make sure I was in good shape after a manufacture defect.

Went to get winter tires put on. Unfortunately when I went to pick up they told me one of the lug bolts on a wheel broke and it was extra to repair (I wasn’t called about it up front, though I get that it’s work that needs to be done…).However, when switching tires back to summers I discovered three other lug bolts were also completely mangled and the nuts threads crossed. It seems like the tech didnt seat the nuts properly and simply took a impact wrench to it. I didn’t hear about the other nuts/bolts being a problem so I can only assume this was caused during install.

I can't speak highly enough of Whites Auto. I have dealt with many mechanics over the years and I think we all know the value and relief in finding a truly honest and top notch repair shop. Duncan and Jason are both amazing to work with and have both gone above and beyond for me more than once, they will continue to be my go to repair shop for my commercial vehicle.I have come to Whites ready to spend money multiple times only to not spend a dime after receiving their honest and helpful feedback and advice. They value honesty, integrity, and customer relations before profit and that says it all. Highly recommended.
