I had a beautiful elephant necklace made here as well as two diamond and amethyst necklaces. They are the most beautiful pieces of jewelry I own. I appreciate that all of their work is done on site and nothing leaves their store or is shipped to Ottawa/Toronto because they have a goldsmith on site (unlike most other jewelry stores). I used to deal with the previous owner (years ago) but I actually think the new owner (Janice) gives a lot more realistic expectations of what to expect and knows the jewelry business inside and out. I also had my rings sized here and they were done very quickly! The Diamond Outlet has been my jeweller for years and there is nothing that will get me to switch.

I had a great experience w/ the Diamond Outlet. Their customer service was excellent - Janice, Megan and Lisa were wonderful and so helpful. Katie who designed my wedding band did a fantastic job - I love it! It was also ready so fast, which was so appreciated. I would recommend to anyone to go to the Diamond Outlet! :)

I went in for a quote to fix, size and solder my wedding rings. Right from the start I felt very comfortable with the staff. Did some comparison pricing and went back today to let them do my rings. I am confident that my rings will be beautiful when done. The price was great...I will let you know how they look next week. Another thing I liked was they do work onsite! 3 stars until finished. They may go up to 5.

I had the most pleasant experience here dealing with Arlene. She really took her time to explain to me all of my options as well as educate me about lab grown diamonds (which I knew nothing about). I also dealt with the owner (Janice) directly because I wanted a quote on having them create a solid 14 karat gold bangle. I was able to supply a lot of my own old gold that was just sitting in my jewelry box collecting dust for them to make the bangle. Since I supplied a lot of my own old gold, I found the price of creating my custom bangle very reasonable. It was also done in time for my son's wedding (as was promised). I really appreciate the all female staff here because I feel as though they are a lot more genuine than some of the other staff I have dealt with a local jewelry stores. They also have cute guard" dogs in here sometimes!"

BEWARE OF THIS STOREToday I needed a battery replaced in my sons watch. We have always supported this small business, they designed our wedding rings and all our jewellery needs over the past 17 years.Many batteries have been replaced over to the years prior to today at a very reasonable price.I did not even think to ask how much it was going to cost and was flabbergasted when I was told the total was $28.25!!!I replied to the associated that in the past I had used a coupon for $5 replacements and was told “I know now it is $25 for one or 2 for $30”Needless to say it is not the cost of batteries if it is dropped down to $15 if you bring in 2, it is simply gouging their customers now!!It is disgusting that they would do this to their customers that have supported them.They have 100% lost us as customers!!!

I recently traded in a diamond engagement ring and had a new custom ring made by The Diamond Outlet in the Cambridge store. I can't tell you how happy I was with their level of customer service. The amount they gave me on my trade was fair and I am thrilled with my new ring. There is a Goldsmith on site and he is amazing, he really listens to what you want. After the ring was cast and I had taken it home, I decided that there was a small change that I wanted. I went back and talked to them about it. They did not make me feel like a pain or high maintenance in any way, they simply said they would do whatever it took to satisfy me. And they did. I had debated purchasing a setting and diamond online but am so glad I thought better of it. Local is better for so many reasons. Highly recommend this place! Roger, Lisa, Jorge, all wonderful to deal with!

I adore my engagement ring. My fiancée did a great job and he said he had the best experience and the customer service was impeccable! I went in to size down my ring and have the diamond tightened (my fault) and they were so kind and sweet. I had it repaired and back on my hand the following day and the cleaned and shined it. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was just fantastic plus you get to see some of the cutest dogs there. I recommend everyone and will be returning for my wedding ring!Thank You for everything diamond outlet!

I have been coming here for years because I used to know the previous owner from the program. I always get my group medallions here and I always recommend The Diamond Outlet to other groups who need medallions made. The last time I was in I also noticed they have really nice AA/NA sterling silver Christmas tree ornaments and I will definitely be checking those out in more detail when the holidays come. I was also told they have just become a licensed NA retailer (they have always been an AA retailer). I also had a wonderful chat with previous owners daughter who is involved in the program as well and is still involved with the family business. I like to come here for medallions as well as jewelry because it's important to support local/small business but also because I know this family and if you're buying NA/AA merchandise it's great to support a business that was founded and continues to be run by people involved in the program.
