I highly recommend Holt's Automotive!!The shop is clean and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and I know I can trust the prices and diagnosis, because I know and I trust Jason.I needed a whole new engine and the guys showed me the damage before I agreed to the repair. So my SUV got rocked in the blizzard. Making a horrible clunking noise, people were telling me it was “just ice buildup” and would be fine once it melts. Didn’t feel confident driving out of town to dealership so took to Holt’s and so glad I did. Jay informed me that the driveshaft was blown and needed replacement and a tow to the dealership because it would most likely be covered under warranty. Helped me line up a tow to NF because it wasn’t safe to drive and gave great advice about dealing with the dealership. Price was more than reasonable.Will be recommending Holt’s to family and friends because dealing with car repairs can be stressful, but next time there will be no hesitation, I’ll be bringing it here.

I brought my car in on opening day with so many problems. Jay took the time to go over everything wrong with my vehicle and explained what would be done. It was very reasonable price much cheaper then other garages. The set up they have in the lobby is very clean and welcoming. From a coffee machine to free wifi.Jay and his team made sure my car was safe for me to drive. I can’t thank them enough. If you want the job done right go to Holt’s Automotive! I've had nothing but great experiences! Friendly staff and always seem to be available... I had an emergency on the day before our generational snow storm.. had the part delivered and my truck fixed just in time for the snow! Thanks for everything so far! I called Holts' Automotive in hope that I could get an emergency appointment for brakes and an oil change. From the phone call to the pick up of my car everyone was extremely friendly and very professional. I received a call with an estimate and advised the parts were there. I was told they would stay late if need be to ensure I was on the road that day. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Holt's Automotive. When I walked in Jay was automatically welcoming. I went in for an oil change and felt as though my brakes might need servicing as well. Jay explained everything to me in a respectable manner without making me feel like an idiot (like most men do).I highly recommend going to Holt's automotive for all your services!
