Highly Recommended, read below:We use State Farm Insurance for our home. We had a kitchen flood, and State Farm contacted TAF Restorations. The TAF team came out quickly to dry things out, make the home safe, removed damaged wet items and really made us feel cared for and protected.After the cleanup TAF engaged West Valley Carpet and Flooring to repair our floor. And in the process found other issues and complications. West Valley resolved all those items installing a new sub floor and tiles. It looks fantastic. It looked fantastic before, but now it looks really good.The trades people were very friendly and helpful, nice people. The salesman was very accommodating as we selected tiles, at one point I think we had 40 laid out, process of elimination, the wife chose the tile she said she would never choose.The tile quality of work is fantastic! I would only use West Valley going forward. We are now working with West Valley to replace our carpets.At the end TAF sent in cleaners and carpet cleaners.Lastly, choosing your insurance company shouldn't be who has the lowest cost. Ft Mac fires and Calgary Flood taught Albertans that lesson. I hope you never need to make a claim, but if you do, you going to wish you had selected the right company. All State has been so caring and helpful in this time of need.

TAF managed our renovations: everything from drywall, paint, floors, plumbing, electrical, etc. Overall, we are very pleased with their services. Ryan was our contact at the company and he was super responsive, even at odd hours. The work was completed on-schedule despite a few unforeseen issues with the house. They even sent someone out to fix my garage door the same day it broke, even though it was outside the scope of the project. Would use again.

TAF came to fix a leak in our basement bathroom through an insurance claim. The job turned more extensive than originally thought due to mold, but the guys communicated throughout the process. From the plumbers, to the drywallers everyone was great and respectful of my home...they even put up with my curious and always in the way dogs! We like the company so much, and the involved owners (Curtis and Ryan), we had them come back to do our roof and siding privately.

Would not recommend. Poor communication and extremely slow. Over 1 year for a small hail repair. Painter no-showed on me 3 times and gave me crazy excuses. Made me leave cans of paint on my front step for months. Siders and roofers left my yard covered in nails and staples.

I didn't have to wait for responses and Brett was very professional and polite, willing to go above and beyond.They were very punctual and did a fantastic job.I have problems with stairs and rely on others. They went down to clean up and found boxes that were wet on the floor, that were missed by others that checked for me.I am so grateful those boxes were found and delt with and not left to rot and mold.I was very pleased with the whole process. I stored the number in my contacts in case I or any of my friends or family ever need your services in the future.I will definitely recommend your company to anyone.I hope you are having a great safe day and thank you so much for sending Brett and James to clean up for us.10/10 no complaints whatsoever

From what I understand, TAF is a GC that usually only deals with insurance related repairs, but they came highly recommended by a colleague so I decided to get a quote for repairs/upgrades to my newly purchased home before I moved in. Ryan and Curtis were both very professional and were able to have their sub trades complete the repairs ahead of schedule and below their quoted price. I will actually be changing my insurer to whom they are the certified contractor for so that if I ever have an insurance issue I will be able to deal with them in the future.

We’ve used TAF Restorations for years in regards to insurance related claims. Communication, expertise and knowledge is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends, family or colleagues.

If there was a- star I'd give them - 5 worst Contractors ever they screwed up on everything the did and ordered things that we told them not to and now want a deductible that was already paid from our insurance company stay away from this company

I live in Australia; my elderly mother (91 years old) lives alone in Calgary. Her home needed work on a leaking eaves trough that had caused a significant safety issue each winter. Melting snow during warmer days and Chinooks meant that she had to navigate her way down a driveway that held a river of frozen ice when the temperatures dipped. Several companies I brought in did not resolve the long-standing problem. Taf Restorations did. Excellent and respectful customer service was reported my mother.I was going to open an insurance claim as I couldn’t provide eyes on the current status of the leak but after contacting Taf and having a conversation with Ryan, we decided to get someone out to the property to discuss the best route. In addition to an improperly sealed corner, an incorrect slope was also discovered, which took a fair amount of work to fix. However, the repair ended up less than the deductible so my mother was able to save money.I felt this was becoming an almost impossible situation for me to solve for my mother while living so far away but I trusted a few reviews about this company and was not disappointed. Proof positive with Calgary’s recent snowfall and warming period. Not a drop on her driveway. If my mother needs any further repairs around her home, Taf will be my first call.
