AM/PM Systems

Well this is my first Google Review but it seems necessary.I was text 24 hours after my experience asking how my service was I replied with a response, I emailed the girl who made the reservations with me and still no response 3 days later.My EmailI just wanted to reach out because last night was great but so bad at the same time. I don't know where to start really..The driver didn't get out to let us out at the surprise pick up and 1 of the child locks was locked on the door so one person had to run around and open the second door. The limo was very dirty, glasses weren't cleaned, there was penises drawn all over the inside of the windows, electrical or duct tape all over the seats?The driver didn't take us on a drive like I asked at the end of the night so we where only in the limo for 30 min from when he picked us up to dropping us off.The limo smelt like gasoline so bad that we had to open the windows in the back.At one point the vehicle was vibrating so bad over the back seats we thought we where going to lose a axle, plus While exciting a parking lot the drive shaft or exhaust drug so hard on the ground we thought we were going to lose that too..I just expected more from a $300 limo ride and I truly think this limo needs a little TLC as it's not a pleasant ride when you get out of the limo smelling like gas fumes..Thanks for reading..Samantha
