Guardian Pool Fence Systems (Ontario)

Rob and his team did an excellent job installing a new safety fence around our pool. He was very knowledgeable with the product and professional with the installation.

We used guardian pool fence systems to install a removable fence for our pool. Although we were concerned about the shape of our pool and maintaining our backyard usability, the installation exceeded our expectations. Robert was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgable and was able to address our concerns. We were very pleased with the service and outcome.

Robert quoted me over email, which is always my preferred method of communication. He made everything easy and simple. I happened to be home while he was completing the installation so I observed some of the job and his attention to detail is incredible. I was debating installing a safety fence myself, but Robert's experience and quality of work make the added fees of installation well worth it. Very pleased. Robert assured me that if I had any questions to not hesitate to reach out to him.

Great experience, Robert answered all my questions and future concerns. This fence system is far from cheap, but I'm happy with the peace of mind it provides with a little one running around.Looks better than I had thought it would.

I’m very late in writing my review - but have a sense of relief every year when our pool is opened and we get the fence back up so I wanted to write one now. Robert and his son installed our fence for us 2 years ago. Right from the start Robert was kind, professional and answered any and all of our questions. I knew we were dealing with a kind person rather than a business just trying to get you to buy their product. He is such a nice man. We bought our home and it had an existing pool that we wanted a safety fence for right away. He was able to fit us in his schedule, showed us how to set up and take down the fence and even offered to come back anytime to help us if we had any trouble. Installation was quick as well.Two years in and the fence is still perfect - zero issues. We are always careful with pool safety but this added layer of protection is such a relief.We really appreciate Robert and his amazing customer service. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make their pool area safer. Thank you so much Robert - sorry for the really late review! :)

Robert installed our pool safety fence in 2017. We choose his company because of the time he took to provide details of the work he would perform and the high quality nature of the product. He answered each question we had and did not rush us to make a decision.Installation begun and ended as promised. The team took great care to ensure that our pool deck was not damaged. The precision and work performed before each hole was drilled was second to none. There were no mistakes made. Afterwards, Robert took the time to walk us through the product features and maintenance.It's now been 5 years and the pool fence has held up fantastically. We choose to remove it each winter to reduce weathering. Otherwise it is fine to leave up. Re-installing each spring by ourselves is a snap. Most importantly, the pool fence provides tremendous protection and peace of mind, given our three little children. This is the primary reason we chose Robert's company and installation methods.We would highly recommend Robert's team if you are considering installing a pool safety fence.
