YEG were advised of a noise coming from our unit and attended late in the day to determine the problem. Faulty part that needed to be ordered - they kept me informed and made a follow up appointment, showed up on time and rectified the problem. Not only did Brad do a great job on the a/c unit but he also inspected our hot water on demand system as he suspected it was leaking gas. Turns out it was fine but he checked it out and gave us peace of mind at no charge! Nicole is such a great asset and responds to calls and questions quickly and efficiently. Friendly, professional and great service!!

So I called yeg home comfort 4 weeks ago to get a quote. When came time for the appointment I got a call 3 hours before saying they were sick and couldn’t make it. So I was already not happy they wasted my day and time. N rescheduled it for the following week. This time they managed to make it to the appointment and give a quote which I agreed to have it installed. They couldn’t install for 2 weeks , so I took a day off work, an overtime day to be here to get it installed. So day arrives to install , n I’m here waiting on an overtime day instead. The installer was here for about 5 min before he said he couldn’t install it because he had to take a couple boards off my deck to run then line and that wasn’t his job. So they packed their stuff and left. I called the office after to complain and told them if it wasn’t installed today, to just cancel my install. After a few hours Nicole from the office called me back and said she moved stuff around and the installers would come back if I could remove the couple boards for them. A/C is installed now , and running good but don’t feel the experience was very professional. They should of just asked me to remove the boards for them when they first arrived.

We contacted YEG for replacement of Furnace, Hot water, and installation of a new central AC. They were very quick to respond and schedule an initial assessment. The expert, HVAC Sales Manager Gus Guzman" who came in for the assessment was very professional

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am honestly appalled by the professionalism of this company. Their customer service is honestly terrible and I hope others reading this take this warning, else risk wasting their time. I also saw all the good reviews so who knows if it’s a change in management or how they are running their services now.The contractor came late and was telling me alternate information to what was given previously. While we were in the middle of clarifying, I received a phone call and excused myself to the kitchen. I assumed he was stepping out for air but he actually left! I was genuinely surprised because it didn’t even cross my mind he was just leaving without any notice or even a business card, quote or any form of communication (head nod maybe??). When I called the office confused, they mentioned that he had another appointment to make. Which means not only did he arrive late but also was scheduling back to back and could not give reliable information and he had also said « he had seen everything he wanted to see and he would be putting everything together and sending me the quote ». (Still unsure how I should take that)To make matters even worse rather than them trying to contact me back, I had to be the one almost harassing them with calls to figure out a quote. I genuinely have never gotten customer service this bad as the one from the contractor and I feel bad for the poor lady who had to be the middle man. She mentioned that he was too busy to give a quote? I don’t understand the business of going to people homes and scheduling in only to not have the time to finish the consultation job. This is possibly also a management issue then because how can business even be done like that?He came over on May 30th and still hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve called them 3 times now and I’m honestly just tired at this point. Which is why I fuelled my frustration into this review in the hopes that they can get it together and others don’t also have to waste their time.I’ve decided to look elsewhere for my AC because the customer trying to force their business onto the business rather than vice versa just seems backwards.

Installers did a really good job. Even from the guys doing the estimate Gus Guzman and even their office staff like Nicole they are very helpful and accommodating at all time. Everything is well explained.

So I got them to come in to install a furnace in my garage in December they did a great job and came right away but they told me that they would line up for the inspector to come in to inspect everything right away. Well it's now may and still nothing. I've called them numerous times about it and they keep giving me the run around with different excuses everytime.

Reach out to them for an AC estimate and their sales agent Gus came in to show the product and estimate. Everything went smooth from the estimate and the schedule of install along with the completion. They were friendly and answers all our query.Would definitely recommend to our friends. Overall pretty happy with the install.

Hello Yeg,This is Nora Let me reply on your comments to me, With regards to the bracket issue, when your people install the ac there was no information in our side that ac bracket is not possible, were just surprised it's an AC Pad, that's is why I phoned and complained, as your customer its my right to know why right? Its part of the quote, if you want a good reviews do your job and customer will not complain , If you explained this to us from the beginning of the installation that ac bracket its not possible because of the building foundation, we will not react this way, you find me a bossy person because of my availability schedule that doesnt work your office schedule where its your responsibility to explained to us about the bracket and wiring issue and ac not cooling so much all in general, About Nicole I did not asked her to shut her mouth, she is not letting me to speak and finish my talk, she continuously talking and insisting and not listening, its my right to voiced out my complain as your customer, I was nice to her from the beginning but the way she answered me back she is sarcastic and rude , and I am nota LIAR, fo your information, all your words are bouncing back to you, that's all I can say, I gave you 1 star base to what I experienced, my impression is misinformation, if you explained to me as your customer the right way with proper coordination this will never happened, And lastly the electrical permit I did call and follow up several times no one call me this is for your information. If you want a 5 star reviews do it efficiently that what matters. I already bought the unit with you so I still have long way to deal with your company.

After clicking on their ad on FB, i got a call and got an appointment.A person, Gus, came to my place. He was in and out of my house within 5-minutes. I told me he will send me a quote thru email. He didn't discuss the product they have or anything. He was in a hurry to leave.I exchanged a few message and he said that it better I go with another company. If that was the case, why did he waste my time?People, if this company does this at the sales stage, imagine what they will do after your have got their service/product???
