They NEVER answer the phone!! If I can't get through how do they expect me NOT to go to the walk in clinic. Get it together!!

This is the best doctors office, doctor and nurse I have ever had for me and my family. The entire place runs very smoothly. Dr. Gavranic and Nurse Chelsea, Lisa and the Dietician are always compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend here and am grateful for their care.

They cancel your appointment WITHOUT NOTICE!1. They have already closed 40min ago, but google shows they still opens right now.2. They cancelled my appointment booked 4 months ago.3. They claimed that they called me several times before the cancellation. But I got nothing. They have my email address and real address, and they didn't even bother to let me know about the cancellation.To conclude: they just follow some procedures" and they don't actually care about your live or death.How can a person can be as evil as this? Especially

I've been a patient here since I was a child. Like everyone else is saying, they never answer the phone. I waited on hold in que" for 20 minutes only for a recording to tell me that they can't accept my call at this moment. The doctors here do not care about your well-being. Better off going to a walk in clinic so this horrible establishment gets charged."

,I have been a long time patient amazing Dr's and nurses. Unfortunately though the same cannot be said for the front reception ... very disappointing to say the least. I won't go into detail except to say please do better!! Do the job you are hired to do which includes double checking appointments are actually scheduled. Sad I have to drive 1 hour out of my way to only be told oops the appointment was deleted, will need to reschedule.

I've been a patient here since the 70's - and my parents before that. It is literally impossible to reach this office via telephone and they refuse to check messages and call you back. I've tried returning their call for days now, only to be told by their phone system that they are busy - and then my call disconnects. This is totally unacceptable. Time to start looking for another doctor. This from a patient of 50+ years.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Grafham yesterday when I accompanied a friend to his appointment. Although there were lots of issues that required several diagnostic tests, he was patient and I felt confident in his skills and appreciative of his kindness and nonjudgmental approach. I feel my friend is in good hands and want to give Dr. Grafham my personal thanks. Melissa Dean

I've been a patient here for 32 years. The doctors have always been pretty good (not great, but fine), but booking is a nightmare. It is impossible to get through on their phone lines. I am currently on call 10 in the last 2 days to them, and I've only gotten through to their voicemail on one call only to be sent an email the next day that their voicemail isn't working and to call back if a message was left. I had called to get a vaccine that is recommended for a trip I'm taking, and I was told the earliest they could get me in for it was a month an a half from now. I asked if the prescription could be sent to my pharmacy, or if I could see the nurse practitioner before then and I was told no. Simply no. No explanation as to why neither of those suggestions were options. They are consistently rude when taking your calls (the few that do go through), and if you do manage to make an appointment that isn't first thing in the morning, expect to wait well past your appointment time.I know the medical community is in shambles following the pandemic, and the lack of medical professionals has exastribated the issues, but the issues this clinic has reach far beyond that of the rest of the medical community.

Absolutely the worst, do not go here. I regret ever signing up with this clinic. I NEVER see my doctor, it's always a random nurse. I've been waiting for a call back now for 2 WEEKS to get a vaccine that I really need and when I call them the office is closed. Just called, it is Wednesday and the office is closed at 1:30pm?? Ridiculous. I'm better going off to a walk in clinic where I know I will be seen by a doctor and they have hours past 1:30pm. You have been warned.Edited to add: what is wrong with your phone lines? Every time I try to call I'm either hung up on, there is no tone, or just a static tone?

I’ve gone to This doctor office since I was a kid. This is my family doctor. But it is impossible to get a hold of him. There is never anyone available to see me and I have been trying to get treatment for an ongoing issue for a few months. I was supposed to have another evaluation with the psychiatrist but no one will set up the appointment. I’ve been waiting so long. Whenever I bring this up with the receptionist she tells me to go to the hospital if it’s that bad. I’m trying to PREVENT IT FROM GETTING THAT BAD!
