Even if this looks like an 90's theater. It provides exactly what you need for watching a family movie. Clean space and nice staff.

No A/C in a theatre filled with people was highly uncomfortable. You can hear the movies in the rooms besides yours. This has to be my worst cinema experience ever.

I cant get over how much the cineplex has gone downhill. We were there on Friday, the popcorn was cold and stale, the bathrooms were disgusting, not one clean stall! The theater was not cleaned between movies, their were old popcorn bags in the theater. The floors in the theater and the common area were sticky .very disappointing!

A very tiny theater - it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some of the bigger locations. Small screens, sound is ok.The power went out part-way through our movie! Not really the cinema's fault, but it was a hassle getting a refund because all their systems were down.

I used to love this cinema a rly wish famous players would life the reserve a seat covid rule.. there was a glitch and our seats got double booked. Rather than causing a scene myself, husband and 2 sons had to leave. 1 of the staff members was amazing and felt terrible about the situation but another one was ignorant as H*ll.The assistant manager was great also refunded us for our popcorn and beverages. But I truly feel it should go back to 1st come 1st serve. If your butt is in the seat the seat is yours seeing as this glitch, the only option was for myself and 2 kids to separate seats from my husband.

Watched a movie on 15/06 at the room 1. Sound and Screen was ok. The room in general was clean, one of our seats wasnt clean. It had a stain on the leather. It has musty, old smell.

It's not the best.As many others have stated, there are some issues which need improvement.There are seats which are completely doneso. It just depends on which theater you get. The smaller ones near the entrance are completely run-down. The larger ones are a bit better.Sometimes noise spills over from one theater to another theater, so you may hear overlapping sounds at times.The washrooms are sadly relatively unclean.The concessions sometimes do not have all options available either.It's a bit disappointing since you'd expect these very glaring issues to be fixed by now. It's a great location, but sadly, that's really the only plus.

Seems like covid really killed this place. It used to be well maintained and an actually welcoming place. I remember working here and we were always packed. When I came to watch Avatar, there were more employees then customers and it was dirty. The food was expensive but its expected at a movie theatre but the service was slow even with all the employees there.If you have a car and time, you can go to another cineplex theatre where management hasn’t given up. Only go here if you really need to and have no other options.
