Speed reliability isn’t their strong suite. Not happy with this service. They don’t appear upfront or forthcoming with what speeds you will actually experience. And don’t make any sort of complaint on their Facebook page, as I have read others doing, the company appears to be overly sensitive about that and I read would cut the customers ties with them. They actually I believe buy their broadband from Genesis Wireless but I can’t be for sure. I decided to google them also and the reviews are subpar. I have decided to use my hot spot for now and friends internet for business but some day I sure do hope we can get another company up on the range that will beat everyone we have now. We need to get our local leaders on this issues. We all deserve quality.

Wifi has been going out every single night from 10pm until 1 am. Sometimes it goes out at 7pm, like tonight. This has been going on for months. When you reach out for help they won't get back to u until days later and it will say nothing useful, just that if it's still not working to let them know and we let them know and they still don't give any help. Highly recommend not using this service. 1/100 stars

So I play video games and all that stuff and I watch YouTube and Netflix and I don't get problems when I'm watching Netflix, but every once in awhile I get problems with YouTube where the only way I can watch it is by having it on 144p, and I play on PlayStation and I lag and all that stuff a lot, and I mean a lot. I even get kicked out of games for poor connection. But that's my overall issue. Another problem is that I only get like 2.4 mbps but thats it. But I don't hope that they can do better. I'm not asking for them to fly to the moon and back, I'm just asking if there is a way for them to increase the speeds and stuff like that. Hopefully they see this I try to improve their wifi and I will probably edit my review.

I don’t like the speed but the customer service is astounding. They were short people and far from my location but still came out with short notice.I’m forever grateful that I was able to setup my freeze alarm to the Wi-Fi that I couldn’t figure out the password to and they set up a new one. Nice gentleman too.

Twice now, when we call in to make a payment over the phone, they deduct an additional $50 and we have to call in and then wait for them to mail us a check to reimburse us for their oversight. They can't seem to credit our account, in the same way that we made a payment. This internet service is terrible to begin with, and having to put up with them skimming an extra payment from us, not once but twice, is frustrating.

Internet packages are great no problem there. The problems are within the speeds and can you hold a connection for long enough. I've been using this company for about 3 months now and every night like clock work the times 8:00 P.M through 9:00 P.M my internet get no signal at all. Other times I get barely enough signal to load a webpage without it taking 30 seconds. Long story short is there are a lot better internet companies around here for residential use. Would not recommend this one to anyone.

This was one of the few internet options offered at our cabin on Lake Vermilion. After doing some research I decided that using the wi-fi option with Access was the best option. There is a tower a couple miles away and they put a little antenna on the outside of the house to hit the tower for internet. Pretty simple concept and it has worked for the last 7 years. The internet is fine when the weather is good. However, during and after large storms in the summer the internet could be out 1-2 days. This is a cabin so for mediocre internet was good enough since the price was right. But with technology changing and phones using wi-fi, web cams and my thermostat being tied to the internet I needed a more reliable option.So I started looking for a more reliable option and found a cable/phone company (wired) now offers internet to my location at a much faster speed.I had until recently been a customer with them since 2009, but will never go back to this company.

Never get the speeds that were advertised. Overcharged on a 5mbs plan and never received over 1-2mbs speeds.My family only goes through Access because we have no other options, fiber optic and DSL aren't available in our area. PLEASE, if you have these options, avoid Access Broadband at all cost.They are professional scam artists. They will throttle you, and drop speeds when other unrelated traffic is high. When we requested a technician be dispatched to inspect our connection, he left before conducting any sort of actual inspection. These people do not care about quality service, only about draining your wallet.

The internet is slow, goes out often, tech support is not very helpful,when you leave messages they don't respond promptly if at all. The last time I lost internet they blamed it on the power company and said everything looked good on their end and they are charging 95$to come try to fix the problem. They are the problem.

They were able to find a signal to offer higher speed internet for $50/month unlimited. We live in a rural area. You can’t beat that. Good customer service as well.
