Overpriced paid $200 when I was told no more than $105, not even close to what I wanted, when I told them I was unhappy they offered a free eye brow waxing worth $15. Independent stylists needs to go back to beauty school.

My name is Houa Yang and I have an appointment with them and I went there and waited for 10 min after my appointment time and nobody care. I understand if they are busy but they not busy plus I have appointment with them too. Not recommend this place.

Hidden gem in otsego!Last minute run to get my hair ready before my trip, Absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I took my chances and did a “walk in”. The owner Erin saw that I was in a hurry and managed to do my hair in a small time frame! I left amazed with the results! My hair looks beautiful, she did an amazing trim. Will be back!

Lost my stylist of 6 years and was very anxious about finding a new one! Found Sheilah at xtreme and I'm feeling very blessed! She does a great job and has a motivating personality! Will definitely be back!

I just visited for the first time and I will be a regular! Erin did a wonderful job and was very sweet. The haircut was wonderful and she did a fantastic job. I already made a follow up appointment. They are very flexible with times too and can do nights and weekends.

I cannot say enough about Julie Franz! I have extremely thick & long hair and she is always able to not only thin it out, but make my curls much more manageable! I know that whatever I want my hair to do that Julie will take the time to make sure I get what it is that I am wanting. She is even able to help my 16 year old do some pretty amazing things and have it come out looking better than I even expected!! Thank you so much Julie for all the time you've taken with my family to make our self esteem sore! :-)

The place is very untidy. The girl seated me on the chair after she did a haircut. She didn't even mop the floor! I came for the balayage. I didn't like the outcome at all. I paid more than I was told at first. Not coming back!
