Very happy with the security system set up for our home and business by Liberty Security. We have a few vehicles, equipment, and numerous tools that made security an important issue for us. Mitch was great in explaining the options to us, and was very honest about what we needed and what we didn't. The system is really easy to manage and we love being able to use our phones to monitor and control everything, it's so convenient!

I had a terrible time with this company's system.If bad stuff happens they dont seem to want to deal with it.... will force you to stay on anyway or pay out 1900 bucks. A year of headaches, stress, battles with customer care and loyalty team and they finally let go. Thank you Telus! Same cameras better panel and no freeze ups, dark views and long delays... I'm disabled... I needed A Good System with Good management standards! Liberty sends questionnaires on their techs but never about their own conduct. Techs were fine but customer care sucks badly. So glad I'm off that system. Take care of your customers guys. It's not worth holding someone hostage at 1900 bucks when your part of the contract cant be met... I got a big mouth!

I am extremely satisfied with the entire process of ordering and installing my security system. The salesman as well as the installing tech were very courteous and knew their job well. The system is operating perfectly. I decided I wanted to add one more item to my system, specifically the breaking glass monitor, and when I called the Edmonton office I spoke with a lovely young lady and she helped me obtain exactly what I needed. She knew her product, was very courteous and I felt that I was talking to a good friend. She was wonderful! I am looking forward to receiving the glass monitor in the mail and I can install it myself. For the first time I am now very secure when I go to sleep at night or when I am away knowing that my security system is on guard. Living alone, this is very important. We used Liberty security for our home in Kelowna. After having a horrible experience with Alarm Force, it was refreshing to deal with liberty when we switched over our systems. They were extremely professional and curtious, we knew right away that we had made the right choice. We decided to go shopping for a security system. Mitch at Liberty was one the first companies to get back to us for a visit and a quote. He was patience with us knowing that we were shopping for a system. Mitch did not use the scare tactics like some other companies used. We went with a app version with a panic FOB for use in case of an emergency. The app on the phone is awesome to use to arm and disarm the system. I would recommend this company and Mitch if you are looking for a security system.
