Green's Chip Truck
After many years of being mostly disappointed with french fries purchased from a food truck I can finally say WOW, best fries ever. They were deep fried to perfection with a golden crispy outside, while the centre was moist but overly oily. I live 500kms from their location and was visiting family, but if I have another craving for fries, I may just have to jump on my motorbike a do a fries run!!

Green's Chip Truck
This is my third visit to Green’s ChipTruck. The chicken burgers are individually prepared when you order, and always delicious. I ate in the picnic area. It is spotless, well treed, grass cut and set comfortably back from the highway. There are even washrooms and they are spotlessly clean too.

Delicious! Fresh! You can tell the ingredients used are high quality. Best fries I’ve had. Crisp and crunchy. Haddock was fresh and delicious.

Love thier fries!!!, I usually try to get some of thier fries weekly. Great people and the skins on the fries us what keeps me coming back. Folks the fries will impress you for sure.

I've driven past Green's truck many times but have never been in, and then someone told me I should try the jerk chicken. Jerk chicken from a chip truck in Golden Lake, I said — you must be crazy! But I just tried it and it was excellent. I've had jerk many places and this was right up there with the best — sweet and spicy, tender chicken, and great fries as well. Highly recommended!

This is our second time at Green’s Chip Truck and it’s just as good as the first time! I had the Jerk Chicken Poutine (delicious) and my wife had a Hotdog with a side fry (also delicious). … and Super friendly folks! We live east of Ottawa so this amazing Chip Truck is not in our immediate area but we make a point of stopping in when in the Golden Lake area… and you should too. See you soon, Green’s!!!

Top drawer eatery!!!My wife and I frequent this place regularly as we have a cottage on golden lake. The full breakfast, burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries are absolutely fantastic solid 5/5!Daily special are amazing as well.Jerk chicken on a bun w/ sautéed peppers and onions and frites 5/5Homemade meatloaf on a bun sautéed onions and mushrooms w/ frites 5/5Curry chicken on rice super solid 5/5If you’re driving on hwy 60 don’t hesitate to stop…you will not be disappointed!
